Tower by Elie Saab & Emaar. This stunning residence offers high-end
furnishings, modern décor, and breathtaking views of the Palm Jumeirah,
Marina, and the sea from its spacious balcony.
The space
The living area is designed for comfort, featuring large sofas, a
dining table for six, and a wall-mounted Frame TV. The custom ceiling
lighting creates a warm and inviting ambiance in the evenings. The open
kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a fridge,
dishwasher, and stove, ensuring a seamless experience.
The master bedroom is beautifully styled with decorative walls, a
king-sized bed, a dresser, full-length mirrors, and a private balcony.
It includes a spacious wardrobe area and an en-suite bathroom with a
separate shower unit and double sink. The second bedroom is furnished
with a king bed and vanity unit, with a dedicated bathroom right next
to it.
As a guest, you will have access to exclusive amenities, including
private beach access, an infinity-edge temperature-controlled swimming
pool, a BBQ area, a lounge room, a kids' play area, and beautifully
landscaped gardens. The tower is also steps away from the Marina &
Yacht Club, offering an unparalleled waterfront living experience.
This prime location places you close to Dubaiâs most iconic landmarks.
Burj Al Arab is just 15 minutes away, while Downtown Dubai and Burj
Khalifa are within 20 minutes. Dubai International Airport is a
22-minute drive.
Guests will have full access to the apartment and will receive their
own access cards for a smooth check-in process.
We also offer additional cleaning and laundry services upon request for
an extra charge. Fresh linens, towels, and a starter supply of tea,
coffee, sugar, and toiletries are provided. A baby cot with a linen set
is available upon request for an additional fee.
We accommodate same-day check-ins. For bookings made after 2 PM, kindly
allow up to 60 minutes for us to prepare the space before your arrival.
Please note: Nearby construction may cause occasional noise, but we
strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note
Weâre happy to arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon
request, at an extra charge.
Fresh linen, towels, and an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and
basic shower amenities are provided for your stay.
Once your reservation is confirmed, a mandatory Dubai Tourism Tax will
be automatically charged by Airbnb.
Same-day check-ins are welcome. If your booking is made at 2 PM or
later, please allow up to 60 minutes for us to prepare the space and
coordinate your arrival.
Please note that the beach is currently closed for water testing until
further notice. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool in the
meantime.
Kindly note: As the Emaar Beachfront community continues to grow, minor
construction activity may be present in the surrounding area. This may
cause occasional daytime noise, but we do our best to ensure a
comfortable and pleasant stay.

temporarily closed for essential maintenance from 2 March 2026 to 26
March 2026.
