*CHECK-OUT: Our exact checkout time is 11.00-11.20 AM. If any guest stays in the apartment after 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM, then He/ She will be fined the amount of 300 AED.
*EARLY CHECK-IN: It depends on the availability of the apartment.
*BAGGAGE DROP: If the apartment is ready for the guest, only in that case, a guest can drop his/ her baggage inside the apartment. But remember that, only baggage dropping is allowed. He/ she can't stay inside the apartment before 3.00 PM(without any previous approval).
*SMOKING: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited as there is a fire alarm on the apartment. Otherwise, You have to pay a penalty of 1000 AED. You can smoke on the balcony.
PETS: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
PARTY: You can't make any noise, parties, or anything that can make the neighbors disturbs. If we( the operators) will have to face the building management for any kind of violence by you, you'll have a penalty of 50% of your total rental amount.
LOST OF KEYS/ACCESS CARD: If you lost the apartment key or the parking access card, you'll have to pay a fine of
= 300 AED for the apartment key.
= 500 AED for the Parking access card.
EXTRA REQUIREMENTS: Each and everything inside the apartment is listed in the descriptions. If you need anything extra except the item listed in the description, it is subject to the availability of stocks and you have to keep patients for the product. The time depends on your expected items/ amenities.
WAITING ON THE RECEIPTION: Waiting/Sitting/Gossiping for a long time in the reception area is not allowed by the building management.
EXTRA GUEST: As it is a studio apartment, we can allow a maximum of 2 guests. Staying for more than 2 guests is not allowed by our company and the guest be fined for the amount of 1000 AED to the guest.
EXTENTION: The extension of your stay fully depends on the availability of the apartment.
DEMARAGE: If any furniture or item is broken by the guest, he/ she will be fined the same amount of the item's/furniture's actual/original price by the platform. He/ She must pay the amount during his/ her stay.
SUBLEASING/SPACE SHARING: Guest can't share the apartment with others or give sub leasing. If any guest do so, he/ she will be fined 10000 AED.
LOCAL LAW: If the guest does any crime or violence that goes against UAE LAW, "EDEN SPRINGS HOMES RENTAL LLC" will not be liable for the crime. In that case, EDEN SPRINGS TEAM has the full right to take any legal action against him/ her.
