Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 500 per hour.

* Property Access Cards *

Please return the parking and gym access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

* NO SMOKING INSIDE *

Please refrain from smoking inside the home Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to
AED 5000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

* Maximum Capacity*

This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests total, strictly limited to 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 14.
