Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passport prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. AED 150 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.

Please return the Building and Parking access cards in good condition upon your check-out.
Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
