The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a sumptuous vanity unit with top-quality finishings.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
Please note that a monthly security deposit of AED 5000 is required for monthly stay

All of which are a short walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets.
Whenever youâre ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes, and for the more adventurous traveler, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise? When youâre ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Careem and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
