Nordic Nook Geodome – A Viking-Inspired Retreat

Our Nordic Nook Geodome inspired by a Nordic experience. You will be treated to Viking inspired decor taking you back to days of sheep skin rugs and rustic features while having the comfort of a king size bed. Just like the Viking explorer, Leif Erickson that once set foot in Canada also exploring our vast vegetation, land and treasures.

What You’ll Find in Nordic Nook Dome

One Luxurious King Bed– A bed fit for a king, with thick cozy bed linens and extra blankets for your stay.

Double Futon Couch for relaxing or to add additional sleeping 

Spacious 18-Foot Geo Dome –Have room to relax and unwind with plenty of space for your adventure and enjoy a seating area with chairs.

Private Outdoor Area – Enjoy your own fire pit, propane BBQ, Deck, Picnic table and outdoor chairs for al fresco meals and relaxation under the stars.

Pellet Fireplace- A push button pellet Fireplace is ready to keep you warm and provide that inviting atmosphere. Perfect to curl up and read one of our included books. A bucket of pellets included

At Bridgeviews Retreat & Glamping:

Shared Washroom & Shower Facility – Conveniently located with modern amenities including flushable toilets and hot water to ensure your comfort (please bring your own toiletries).

WIFI in Common Areas – Stay connected and share your experiences with the world on social media (communal areas only).

Communal Lounge – The Greenhouse – A welcoming space to gather, filled with games, tables, a communal fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Relax share stories, and enjoy meals with fellow guests.

A Peaceful, Historic Setting:

Nestled in the valley between Drumheller and Wayne, offering a serene setting along Rosedale Creek, beside the historic bridges of Wayne, AB.

A few Things to Note:

No Power – The units have minimal power(no plug ins), maintaining the peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. Plug ins available in the greenhouse to charge your phone/ tablets.  (Solar trailers are available as an add on if you require dedicated power)

Reconnect with Nature – Explore the surrounding trails and historic sites, immersing yourself in the beauty and history of the Badlands.
