Dripping Springs is famously known as The Wedding Capital of Texas. Just 5 miles away from Gorgeous wedding venues like Camp Lucy and Morgan Creek Venue and 10 miles from Canywood Ridge. This place is perfect for a wedding group to stay, plenty of room to spread out and so many beautiful photo opportunities. It is also a great place for corporate retreats or team offsites for people from Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and out of state. Many fly in to have their team meeting here. Also very close to wineries, distilleries and Pedernales Falls.

HOUSE RULES
1) While this home accommodates up to 22 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 22 total guests) to confirm your booking.
2) This property is located on 10 rural acres. Guests should expect to encounter bugs and snakes though regular professional pest service is conducted.
3) The owner may be onsite during your stay to tend to the animals. Feel free to give the animals treats from the bins provided near their respective areas.
4) Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only. While these are not actively monitored, please note that the following spaces are in their view: driveway, parking, entrances to main home and party barn, back patio and pool, pond, and all animal areas.
