This getaway promises tranquil nights, refreshing breezes, and mesmerizing starlit skies!

The main “bunk house” house boasts a spacious 3044 square feet, while the painter's studio and safari tent/separate recreational pavilion each offer 500 square feet. In total, the property features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests.

Upon entering the property, you'll find the bunk house and painter's studio situated to your right and the Safari Tent to your left. Ascend the few steps to either the bunk house or painter's studio, which leads directly into the primary living spaces are located- accented by high wood beam ceilings. The Safari Tent can be accessed through its inviting fabric entrance, opening up to a spacious and welcoming interior layout. Meanwhile, a brief stroll through the yard will take you to the recreational pavilion, which provides a secluded entry to this distinctive area designed for entertainment

Bunk House Living Room: Adorned with modern furnishings such as a plush queen size sleeper sofa and accent chairs, along with a Smart TV, the space invites you to unwind and relax. Take pleasure in the warmth of the gas fireplace as you snuggle up in comfort.

Bunk House Kitchen: The open kitchen features sleek stainless-steel appliances, ensuring convenience for all your culinary needs. Enhancing functionality, the expansive kitchen island provides ample prep area, simplifying meal preparation. With seating for 4 at the island, it's an ideal setup for hosting gatherings!

Main House Dining Area: The dining space, adorned with multiple windows that flood the area with natural light, comfortably accommodates six guests. Enjoy easy access to the back deck from here.

Bunk House Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, desk space, and private access to the back deck. The private bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed and Twin XL over Queen bunk bed and access to full shared bathroom

Bedrooms 3 — King bed, Smart TV and access to back deck

Bathroom 2 is a shared full bathroom offering a vanity and a shower.

Painter's Studio:
Experience the unique appeal of Hill Country Painter's Studio, a former art studio transformed into a stylish retreat. The studio features a loft bedroom and a full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. The living area boasts a leather sofa and a Smart TV, complemented by high ceilings and wooden floors. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, induction hot pad, and toaster oven (note: there is no traditional oven), with a dining area that seats two. The loft bedroom features a king-size bed, while the bathroom showcases a single sink and a stunning emerald green subway-tiled shower.

Safari Tent:
The Safari Tent offers a studio-style arrangement, complete with a generous Queen Bed, a dedicated desk space, and a full bathroom adorned with a delightful vintage bear claw soaking tub and a separate shower. Infused with an authentic wilderness atmosphere, this tent ensures a memorable escapade for adventurers in search of a distinctive outdoor experience.

Outdoor Recreational Pavilion:
Just a brief walk from the safari tent lies the outdoor recreational pavilion, serving as a perfect gathering space. Within, discover a fully-equipped kitchen boasting all essential appliances. Enjoy meals at the expansive table accommodating six, or relax in the seating area while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV. For added convenience, a half bathroom is readily accessible. This area is enhanced by mesh shades, providing an optional snug enclosure. Venture beyond the pavilion to indulge in the non heated "cowboy pool" located outside the barn.

Bunk House Outdoor/Deck:
Take in the views of rolling hills extending for miles from the back deck. With ample outdoor seating, this area is perfect for savoring a meal or simply unwinding while gazing at the starry night sky.
