Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom holiday home at Skipsea Sands, accommodating up to 8 guests, near to a sea view and close to the facilities. Inside you'll find:

- For swimming and entertainment; book and purchase your passes from reception on arrival. The Park facilities are open Marchâ2 November 2025. There are no facilities open outside these months including the shop, although the caravan is available throughout November. Self-catering: Guests will need to bring their own bedding, towels & toiletries, bedding can be supplied at a small cost. ÂŁ5 for a single bed, ÂŁ10 for a double. **Every effort is made to keep the decking area clean of seagull  droppings, please ensure this is cleaned if becomes soiled while you are in the caravan for your health and safety.
