Wir müssten zwei Stunden auf den Zugangscode warten. Im Vorfeld gab es keine Kommunikation und eine Hotline war nicht erreichbar!

Schöne komfortable Wohnung in Dresden

Es war wunderschön groß. Man hat sich super wohl gefühlt, da alles sauber und ordentlich war. Alles hat funktioniert - sogar das mit dem Schlüsselsafe fand ich eine gelungene Idee - und ich war positiv erstaunt von den geräumigen Zimmern und der tollen Einrichtung. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und auch meinen Freunden und meiner Familie dieses Appartement empfehlen, da auch auf kleine Details Wert gelegt wurde ! Einfach nur rund um super !

Good location,clean rooms,water from time to time.

Pros: Good location, nice rooms.
Cons: Sorting out water problem, cleaning under beds, putting more attention for customer service.
Location: The hotel is nearly in city centre, 20 minutes walk and you are in the heart of Dresden with plenty of museums and Zwinger of course!
Very good location of the hotel, nice clean rooms (accept dust under the beds if you mind). Kitchen equipped with all needed things. Lovely large bathroom. The only thing we were disappointed with was lack of water! We had to hunt to have some water to wash hands or take shower. It appeared from time to time so then we could fill the kettle in advance or wash dishes. Not a good thing to think about when on holiday... I emailed the owner two times about our experience but without any response... What a shame! If you do not mind problems with water and owner who ignores your complains then the hotel is perfect!
