Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom is an oasis with a new King bed and exceptionally large walk-in closet. The ensuite is your personal spa, complete with a massive walk-in steam shower, deep soaker tub with a double-sided gas fireplace, and two separate toilet closets. You also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is on the main level.

SECONDARY BEDROOM

UPPER LOFT
The loft space is convenient and cozy, with an open sitting area and additional gas fireplace (and new Queen sleeper sofa). The bedroom on this floor has a California King bed; there's also a full bath.

For your comfort in the warmer months, the property is equipped with a built-in mosquito abatement system.

Sugarloaf Summit Estate can accommodate 5 cars (1 in the garage, 1 in the covered carport, 3 in the driveway). For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
