Welcome to our newly refreshed farmhouse barndominium that sits on 13 tranquil acres nestled in a holler less than a quarter mile from Mark Twain National Forest and the Current River. While this unique space is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy for you to get around.

Every aspect of this house has been thoughtfully constructed to furnish you with all of the creature comforts of home in a comfortable farmhouse experience.

While our farmhouse barndominium is equipped to house 16 people, we think that the perfect group size is 10. We're happy to host all 16, but keep in mind that it will be a little cozier.

Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? No silly, that's just our lavish queen-sized memory foam mattresses! Drift off into serene bliss to the sounds of hoot owls, whippoorwills, spring peepers, crickets, and many other nighttime critters. If we just had David Attenborough, you'd think you were in an episode of BBC's Planet Earth.

Sure, eating out at great restaurants is super fun, but sometimes we need a home-cooked meal. Our kitchen is stocked with all of the essential utensils and dinnerware to exercise your culinary prowess. Get your Bobby Flay on! Just make sure you can do it on an electric stove or a propane grill. ;)

For insurance purposes, absolutely NO entering the natural spring in front of the house. No swimming, fishing, wading, etc. No pets either. We do not want your pets entering the spring and then coming into the house. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN CLOSELY! KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE SPRING AT ALL TIMES.

It will be your responsibility to make sure that the house is locked anytime you leave the residence and at the end of your stay.

No smoking of any kind inside the home. If you choose to smoke outside, please make sure all of your cigarette butts go into the fire pit. If the home smells of marijuana at all, you will be charged $200 for deodorizing.

You must report anything broken right away. If not, you may be liable.

There are absolutely no parties allowed. Those that are under 21 do NOT have our consent to consume alcohol on our property. Those who violate this rule may be turned into proper authorities.

You must provide an accurate guest count. If you do not, you will be charged the full amount for a stay of 16 guests, and that is an additional $50 per guest per night over 8 guests.

Quiet hours begin at 10pm. This does not mean silence, but does require you to turn down all music, keep noise to a minimum, and respect the guests in the rentals around you.
