Villa Zala is a stunning five-star villa with a heated pool, accommodating up to six guests. Located in the tranquil and traditional village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk, Villa Zala combines modern comforts with charming traditional design, offering a spacious and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.
This villa is an ideal choice for guests seeking a blend of tradition and contemporary comfort. Spanning 150 m² of interior space on a 600 m² fenced property, the ground floor features a living and dining area for six people, a guest restroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden with a pool, while the kitchen and dining room lead to a large covered terrace with a table for eight and a grill, perfect for preparing delicious Mediterranean meals.
Villa Zala has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom—one on the ground floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms provide direct access to the outdoors; the ground floor bedroom opens to the garden, while the two upstairs bedrooms lead to a large terrace equipped with two tables, four chairs, and a parasol. Each bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV (43”), and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Linens and towels are provided, along with a crib and a highchair for children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, an induction stove, an exhaust hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. In the living area, you’ll find a cozy TV corner with a large smart TV (55”) and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
Outside, enjoy the heated pool with six sun loungers, two parasols, and an outdoor shower. Surrounded by olive trees and other Mediterranean plants, the garden offers a peaceful and private setting. The garden is fenced and has several parking spaces secured with an electric gate. A storage room provides a washing machine, drying rack, grill tools, and space for bicycle storage.
Villa Zala’s location in Rasopasno offers complete peace and privacy. Beautiful beaches are only 3 kilometers away and easily accessible by car or bike. The island of Krk has diverse beaches—from rocky to pebbled and sandy—with crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and diving. Just a five-minute drive away, the town of Malinska offers everything you need for a worry-free vacation: shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and vibrant nightlife. Malinska is also known for its scenic seaside promenade, the “Rajska cesta” (Paradise Path), which provides stunning views of the sea and nature. Nearby, you can also enjoy hiking and biking trails that explore the natural beauty of Krk.
