Casa Ulika is a charming villa with a heated pool that accommodates up to 8 guests. Situated in the peaceful village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk, it’s an ideal retreat for those looking to experience a traditional Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa offers 150 m² of interior space on a 540 m² enclosed plot, ensuring complete privacy. A spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor serve as the heart of the house, creating a comfortable setting for family or group gatherings. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. There’s a large dining table for eight, and the living area has a comfortable leather sofa that can also be used as an extra bed for two guests, plus a large smart TV.
The living room opens onto a beautiful garden with a large covered terrace that has seating for eight and a gas grill, perfect for Mediterranean meals in the open air. The centerpiece of the garden is a heated pool, surrounded by a sun deck with six loungers, two umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. It’s a great spot to unwind, all while enjoying views of the olive trees and Mediterranean plants in the garden. The entire yard is fenced and has electric gates, along with several private parking spaces.
Casa Ulika has three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. One bedroom is on the ground floor with garden access, while the other two are upstairs, each with access to a large terrace equipped with chairs, tables, and an umbrella. Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed, large closet, air conditioning, and a smart TV, creating a relaxing retreat. The bathrooms are modern and feature a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
In addition to air conditioning, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating, making it suitable for stays even in cooler months, like early spring or late autumn. With its heated pool and cozy amenities, Casa Ulika is a great choice for year-round holidays.
