Welcome to your perfect getaway! This bright and spacious townhome, bathed in natural light, is perfectly situated just minutes away from Keystone Resort, Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, and the vibrant heart of downtown Dillon. Recently upgraded with a new deck and equipped with an outdoor gas grill for summer barbecues, this home also features a wood-burning fireplace that adds a cozy touch during the winter months. The amenities at the clubhouse are unmatched. You'll have access to a heated outdoor pool (seasonal), an indoor hot tub, a fitness center, a steam room, and courts for racquetball, tennis, and half-basketball.
This home offers flexible sleeping arrangements: a king-size bed on the main level, a queen-size bed in one of the upper-floor bedrooms, and a twin bunk plus a twin-over-double bunk in another bedroom, ensuring comfort for all guests.
There is a large living area with windows that surround it and a door to access the newly built porch. The kitchen is an open concept that flows perfectly to the dinning area and then opens to the living room.
The home also features a private washer and dryer. As well as a private garage and driveway that can fit 4 cars.
The neighborhood is adjacent to picturesque open spaces and the Snake River Arm of Lake Dillon, providing immediate access to mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. In the summer, you can easily walk or bike to the Dillon Amphitheater (just three miles away) or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone River or Ranch Golf Courses (one and three miles away, respectively). Additionally, you'll find yourself just four miles from the base of Keystone Resort, nine miles from A-Basin, and 15 miles from Copper Mountain.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.
