VILLA NOCELLA - FLORENCE AREA

Villa Nocella is a lovely stone farmhouse with a private swimming located in the Florence area of Tuscany. The villa lies on a farm complex close to Vicchio (6 km) and 41 km from the city of Florence, with its many attractions. The nearest shops and restaurants are within a short driving distance and there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby, including canoeing, sailing, and windsurfing on Lake Bilancino, golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club and shopping at the Barberino Design Outlet.

You reach Villa Nocella (300 sqm) on a 500m dirt road. The villa consists of a main villa which develops over two floors and a ground floor annex (with mezzanine level). One side of the property and part of the garden borders another property (about 30m away), separated by a laurel hedge. Both properties have independent entrances, private pool, and private spaces.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 4)

On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with fireplace), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher), as well as one guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (shower, basin, bidet, toilet), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with whirlpool bath, basin, bidet, toilet).

ANNEX (sleeps 6)

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners; oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with whirlpool bath, basin, bidet, toilet).

On the mezzanine level, you will find a living room (with fireplace), dining room/study (with dining table and double sofa bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, you will find a large garden (3,000 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (14m x 7m; depth 1.2m – 3.5m; open from 1 May to 30 September) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a nice porch with an alfresco dining area and private parking onsite.
