This spacious 5-bedroom home boasts a comfortable layout perfect for both gathering and spreading out. ● Location: San Leon, Texas

● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground private pool that is 5.5ft deep and located between the main house and barn game room.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 8 cars utilizing the driveway and underneath the house.

Upon entering, you`ll find a welcoming living room that opens up to a well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space for whipping up delicious meals. Two bedrooms with comfy sleeping arrangements are conveniently located in the main house. One features a king-size bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for a family. The other offers a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, providing additional sleeping options.

Head over to the incredible barn game room, where the fun truly begins! This expansive space features classic arcade games, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and a big-screen TV, providing endless entertainment options. Three additional bedrooms are cleverly tucked away within the barn in tiny-home style buildings, offering unique and cozy sleeping quarters. One room boasts double the bunk beds with two full-over-queen configurations, ideal for larger groups. The other two barn bedrooms each have comfortable king-size beds.

Stepping outside, you`ll be greeted by the sparkling in-ground pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Ample seating and patio space surround the pool, creating an ideal spot for poolside lounging and al fresco dining. And for those who prefer a touch of shade, there`s even a dedicated entertaining area under the main house, complete with comfy furniture and inviting lights.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
