Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 3rd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.

Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

Yes. Host was very timely in his responses.The location of the property on the water was so beautiful. Being this time of year at the beach, it was so very quiet and relaxing. We prepared our Thanksgiving dinner as we would have at home and it was a wonderful day.We loved that the property was in walking distance to restaurants and bars which was very nice. The property was very clean, bright and welcoming. The decor was beautiful.

Beautiful property and view of the marina for my family and me. I've stayed here before with my husband and both stays were refreshing. The place was clean, spacious, and full of natural light. The host is very responsive and checkin is clear and easy. We did have to run out to replenish a few amenities for the 4 of us, but it was easy to find everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and just a walk across the street.

Dewey vacation

Nice place to stay in Dewey, our family of older teens enjoyed being right at the marina and still close to the beach. Next time we will bring our boat since it seemed so convenient to keep it right there at the condo.

The apartment was overall nice- the spaces were larger than they appeared in pictures, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The property has obviously been newly updated, though some of the furniture and fixtures are a lower quality (not unusual in a temporary rental).The location is SUPER convenient to the beach, but on weekend nights during busy season, it’s also very loud. We could hear music and partiers, so expect that. It was fine with teenagers, but I imagine it would not be ideal for younger kids with early bedtimes. The property also did not have some basic things I would expect at a rental: no wine glasses or corkscrew, hair dryer, or broom and dustpan. We had to buy our own trash bags, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent too.

Great Condo within walking distance to Dewey beaches, restaurants, and bars. Walking distance to Rehobeth and Bethany Beach Trolly. Great deck overlooking the bay and a sunset view. Owner was very responsive and helpful!!!!

Family beach vacation

We had a great time! This condo was even nicer in person! Check in was easy! Host Donnie messaged asking if we needed anything during our stay! Nice big deck to watch the bay and close to beach and lots of food options. We were in Apt D so up a few flights of steps so maybe tough if anyone has trouble with steps. Bring along paper towels, toilet paper, and soap for dishes. 10/10 ! Hope to stay again

Lovely stay!

Beautiful view, spacious, pristine, and nicely decorated property. We stayed mid November so it was very quiet, which suited us nicely. Fyi, Parking is very close to the marina waters which tended to rise some mornings, but it never fully blocked us in.

Wedding anniversary weekend

Beautiful views all day long, wonderful waking up with a coffee over looking the bay and even better ending the day watching the sunset with an adult beverage. The place was fantastic and my wife and I loved it, thank you so much!
