Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 2nd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.

Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

Great stay & host!

Donnie was a great host & this is a great property in the Dewey Beach area! He was very communicative prior to check in and with the check out process. It was the perfect place for us during our stay. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful place and near everything

I stayed with my two dogs and daughter in law. We stayed the weekend during off-season and it was very nice. The apartment is very large with two nice sized bedrooms and windows everywhere. I highly recommend and it is perfect for those who enjoy boating.

Great waterfront condo by the Marina

The condo was easy to access and easy to park. Someone was in our spot, but there was plenty of parking available. The condo is large and had a great A/C. Rooms were large and open, so you did not feel cramped with 4 adults. Bring paper products, shampoo and soap and laundry detergent should you need it. The owner was easy to contact and was very responsive. Great spot!

High tides but high times

Very large 2 bedroom apartment overlooking marina & bay. Close walk to restaurants & short walk to beach. We got caught in a week of historic high tides so that presented a challenge during those times, but a great place & location

Great place!

Perfect place for my family if 6. Place is bigger than you think from the description. Living area and kitchen are great. Host provides linens and bath towels which is always a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Unacceptably disgusting property

Stained and unlaundered sheets, moldy shower, gross toilets, dirt, hair and sand everywhere, batteries removed from smoke detectors. Completely unacceptable. Upon notifying host, response was that the property had been cleaned. Not the case. Spent initial hours of stay washing bedding and cleaning bathroom, so that they could be used. Upon sending pictures to host after stay requesting refund, no response. The listing pictures are misleading at best. Beware.

Great location

Within walking distance to the beach and night time entertainment venues. Had and issue with the dryer not working. Contacted the host and had a new dryer installed within the hour. Would definitely recommend!

the GOOD , location , everything is within walking distance ! the BAD, dirty , floors all need a good cleaning, fans need dusted, battery's missing in smoke detectors, master bathroom sink would not drain, master bathroom shower leaked spraying water on ceilings and walls ,drier would not dry towels without multiple cycles electronic door lock stopped working locking us out ,patio screen door's torn allowing fly's in and would not easily open / close , parking on the weekends is a free for all nothing stops boater's from parking in your "reserved" spot's ! Not usually one to complain BUT we paid a premium price for average condo ! wont go back.

Peaceful Views

Our family enjoyed the views from the balcony morning and evening very much. It was a great space to sit and chat. The host was great at getting back to me about any questions. The unit is below another one, so if that is bothersome, look into the top unit. The walk to the beach is close. Friendly people all around. I would go back!

Dewey beach stay

This condo was the perfect size for my group of friends! It was clean and well-kept. The only complaint I have is that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, which I believed to be provided for us. Also, if you are planning to be out of the condo and come back late at night, be wary of high tide. There were several times where my friends and I had to wade through almost a foot of water to reach our condo after a night out. Overall a nice, clean condo that provided us a good amount of space and accessibility to Dewey!
