Our property is in the heart of the West Village, a trendy, `up and coming`, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes east of Downtown. The house is centrally located and only a stone`s throw from two of Detroit`s award winning restaurants: Sister Pie and Marrow as well as a number of cute local shops. In addition to being close to Downtown, the house is around 3 miles from Belle Isle and Eastern Market, two favourite attractions in Detroit!

The residential streets of the West Village include a number of fully restored homes (like ours) as well as new construction. It also showcases many properties that need some yet received love. This is true of most neighborhoods in Detroit. Rest assured, however, that the neighborhood is completely safe and the neighbors are very friendly.

The room with the two twin beds adjoins with the room with the two queen beds and they are not separated by a door or curtain. It is an extremely large and beautiful space (about 500 sq feet that has a large ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and vanity) that feels like its own studio apartment.

There are 3 full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 and 2 have stand-up tiled showers, and bathroom 3 has an elegant eggshell shaped stand alone tub with shower handle and faucet.

The third floor loft has a separate but powerful heater.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host`s discretion.

Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property.

Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks.
Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250).

If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay to repair or replace.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.

IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
