SHORT TERM RENTAL

Notes:
1. Mid-term rentals equal to 31 nights or longer do not incur state taxes of 6%. All Mid-term rentals will be subject to an additional lease agreement as well as a complimentary basic cleaning/inspection every 2 weeks. Final check-out cleaning fee still applies.
2. Stays longer than 4 weeks cannot be instant booked and require host approval.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and tableware for your stay. There is a common pantry and a spice cupboard. You are welcome to use any staples in the cabinets or condiments in the refrigerator if they are available, but we cannot guarantee anything will be there for certain. It all depends on what people use and what people leave. Starter supply of coffee is provided.

Owner's private storage areas and not included in the rental.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. While we would love to host your furry friends, we are NOT pet-friendly. Any evidence of pets will result in extra fees & potential rental termination.
2. Our cozy bungalow was built in the 1920's and has steep and narrow stairs to enter the Master King Bedroom Loft. Please be advised ahead of time.
3. Two exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway.
4. Host Fee= Cleaning Fee (100% of your cleaning fee is passed through to our cleaning company)
5. You will be communicating directly with the attentive & caring property owner and not a management company.

This home was BEAUTIFUL! It has truly put us in awe how Christie was able modernize this bungalow while still keeping it's original antique-ness. We felt right at home. There were all the amenities you could need (and want). The host put so much effort in the maintenance of this home. There were many small things such as stocked up spices, condiments, and a snack bar in the kitchen—all the way to a game room where our family made core memories that just made our stay perfect. Wish we could rate this home higher than the rating limit. We will definitely be returning.

You are not going to find a better host then Christie. Her responsiveness and attention to detail are superior. The only thing anyone has to do prior to arrival is to stop and get your perishable food items. We cooked numerous meals and there wasn't a pan or pot we needed that wasn't available. It is a fully stocked kitchen even with a very nice spice cabinet. The Bungalow is a super clean eclectic property. When it needs to be modern it definitely is as exemplified by the upstairs master suite. The first floor shows off it's architectural history with arches, hardwood floors and classic door knobs that provide a familiar feel of comfort and warmth. The location is perfect with easy access to Auburn Hills and the surrounding area. On several days of our stay there were high winds in the area with frigid temperatures and the Bungalow remained warm and cozy. WIFI was fast and reliable and there are numerous TVs throughout the Bungalow. Washer and dryer are handy and the basement area is perfect for children to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again or other properties that Christie hosts.

The owner adds touches you would not expect in a vacation rental. Noise machines and fans in every bedroom. Heated floors in the upstairs bathroom. Labels everywhere so you would know where things are. A folder with menus and local places to enjoy. Small boxes everywhere with toys for your young ones. (Mine are 30 and 28 so we didn’t use those lol) Bikes at your disposal if you would like to enjoy a ride. It felt so much like we were visiting a families home that we regretted not having more time to enjoy the actual house.
