Welcome to the Reel World - Destin Gulfgate 0306!

Professionally decorated and completely renovated, come enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private Gulf front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom, the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. Both bathrooms have custom walk-in showers. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout the common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. This is an end unit with spectacular west views of the sunsets and pool! A reserved indoor parking space completes this unit.

Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

Location was also very desirable to great restaurants and excursions. Workout facility was very nice to be able to get a quick workout in. Only complaint would be that our ice machine was not in working condition at check in. This was relayed to front desk twice, but never got fixed during our stay.

It is totally updated and has all the amenities needed. It is walking distance to the beachside Back Porch restaurant and a wonderful candy/coffee/ souvenir shop. Multiple restaurants, a variety of shopping options, golfing and family entertainment venues are minutes away. We plan to come back to 306 next year.
