Unité 512 - Unité dorée vue coucher de soleil ouest

Notre condo est situé sur Holiday Isle et est situé sur le golfe. Il s'agit d'une unité non-fumeur et équipée d'un systÚme de purification d'air par UV. Cette unité dispose de deux chambres avec un lit queen dans le maßtre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre. 32 'TV, deux salles de bains et un canapé-lit queen 42' TV. Il y a trois téléviseurs, dont deux sont des écrans plats HDTV et deux lecteurs de DVD. Cette unité est également équipée d'un accÚs Internet sans fil, de ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux chambres, d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, d'un débarras, d'un four micro-ondes et d'une machine à glaçons.

Profitez des eaux cristallines, des plages de sable fin et du coucher de soleil à vous couper le souffle, depuis notre balcon! L'unité 512 a été professionnellement rénovée et réaménagée. Décoré avec des couleurs provenant de la mer, ce magnifique condominium vous invite chaleureusement aux couleurs du verre de mer et du soleil. Les meubles sont contemporains et propres, bordés de beaux et uniques rendez-vous.

Ce condo est situĂ© au coeur de Destin, en Floride et pourtant situĂ© sur Holiday Isle, offrant Ă  nos invitĂ©s une atmosphĂšre plus intime. Les restaurants, le golf et le shopping parmi beaucoup d'autres choses ne sont qu'Ă  quelques minutes. Il y a deux piscines (dont une chauffĂ©e), des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets et un pavillon familial pour les grillades au charbon de bois pour votre plus grand plaisir. La cĂŽte d'Émeraude est rĂ©guliĂšrement classĂ©e parmi les meilleures des États-Unis et pour une bonne raison.

We loved the condo and location! The beach access was perfect. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken and the other was either very slow and or also not working. Even with this, we will definitely stay again.

Overall Good

Overall the place was good. We had two adults and three children and felt that there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax while in the unit. There are some definite improvements that could be made to the unit (e.g. carpet is very worn and stained, stovetop burners were slanted and difficult to use/cook for evenly, one of the dining table chairs was broken). The property itself was good too. Love that there were two heated pools, beach setup, and activities during the week. The linen exchange was also a nice touch given that there is no in unit washer/dryer. We were there during spring break so getting a spot on the beach was tough and the pools were very crowded but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the vacation. All in all, I would stay at this property again.

Reviewer Comments: What began as a long awaited time with friends and relatives ended abruptly when we were called home do to a death in our family. ( my stepson). As we had been there for only one week and had paid in full for four weeks. Knowing that we probably would not be compensated I was amazed that I received an email showing that $1218.14 been charged to my credit card without informing me. How unfair and unethical! It has been resolved but we are left with a bad feeling about the Islander.

Great vacation

Property is clean, nice decorations, lots of towels, and amenities. Great location. I want to voice my opinion. The pool area doesn't have good lighting in the evening and night hours. Too dark. Not safe to walk around because of it.

Beach Trip July 2020

This was the cleanest condo I had ever stayed at. Even the deck was very clean. Overall the experience was great. We did have have an ocean view, but it was not right on the beach as this complex is not beach front. However we only had a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alex came right over and asked if we needed beach chairs and always gave us the best available, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The kitchen was very well stocked. Even had a set of Cuisinart knives. The only downside to the kitchen was that there was very little storage space for groceries for the 5 days we were there and the refrigerator sounded ready to die out on any given day. We were a little disappointed that we did not know about any of the activities scheduled at the complex. There was a live music night that we would have loved to attend. We took advantage of the kayak and paddleboard rentals available right on our beach. It was great fun!! Will definitely consider a return trip.
