The Space:

Lounge by the newly renovated outdoor pool and indulge in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Select from cardio or strength training equipment in the fitness facility. Young and old will enjoy seasonal offerings including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals and pick up T shirts, sunglasses, and trip mementos in the lobby gift shop. Hold memorable workshops and host family reunions in the more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space available on-site. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1104 is a cozy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Step into your home away from home bathed in sandy hues and filled with cozy decor and comfy furnishings. You’ll love preparing meals in the beautiful, fully appointed kitchen, filled with everything you might need. Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV and take in gorgeous views from virtually anywhere in this open-concept living dining space. Enjoy tropical drinks on the private balcony or settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.



You’ll find centrally located SunDestin Beach Resort close to all that Destin has to offer, including shopping, dining, fishing, golfing, and water activities. Glide around on a Segway, rent a watercraft for a day, or spend an afternoon shopping at Destin Commons or Silver Sands Premium Outlet. No matter what you enjoy, there’s something for everyone and just minutes away!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

Beautiful area - pool closed during our stay

My sister and I enjoy taking our Mom to Destin. We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The only disappointing thing that happened this year is that the pool was closed for our entire stay. We were not notified of this ahead of time. That is why I only rated it 4 stars.

Decent place!

For the price, this place is great! We are average size humans and the tight spaces in this condo were annoying, but manageable; main bathroom door can't be open all of th way bc of the large towel bar behind it, space between the corner of one side of the bed and a built in cabinet is about 8", the dinning room table is crammed against the kitchen bar and the loveseat. Not deal breakers, but annoying. Smaller furniture would make this space more comfortable.

Room was clean and view was great! Only issue was main tv in living room had internet issues. Only 2G so you couldn’t watch anything on tv because every 6 seconds it would freeze and just spin. We rebooted several times but did not help. I would recommend getting this checked it was a problem as my mother has terminal cancer so she stayed in the room the whole time otherwise we wouldn’t have had tv on.

Needs help

Floors have not been cleaned well in a long time (tile and carpet). We didn’t want to walk on them barefoot. Knobs on cabinets were gross. Air conditioning unit in master bedroom sounded like a gun shot and Diesel engine every time it kicked on, preventing us from getting any sleep. Location and view were great.

An Amazing Experience!

I couldn't think of a single negative comment for this location! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we could not have been happier. The location is perfect with an amazing view of the shore. The entire building is extremely well maintained and this unit was also very well kept. Some reviews talked about the noisy air conditioner unit when it kicks on in the bedroom, but this very brief sound did not bother us at all. We could not think of a better spot to be in Destin! The building is right in the middle of everything, all within walking distance. We put very few miles on the rental car as even when we did drive everything was just a few minutes away. And the beach and water were beautiful. We took advantage of the amazing chair and umbrella rental for several days and the staff there was very attentive too. We also stopped by the onsite restaurant/bar for drinks to go and sit poolside. The store on-site is also very well stocked with beach gear, drinks, and snacks. This will be our go-to location for any future beach vacations!

Very Disappointed

Let me start with the people who work at this location are amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable and great customer service. However, the room we stayed in was outdated and not even decorated to suite the beach, had mold and the bathroom cabinet was falling apart. I came home from what I thought was going to be an amazing trip to being sick as a dog from the mold around the air conditioner inside the master room and the gross carpet that should have been replaced years ago inside the master room. Very disappointed. I looked past the remodeling happening that closed the pools DURING SPRING BREAK. I was very disappointed also by the fact anyone who had towels or their own chairs to enjoy the beach had a view of the rental chairs and umbrellas instead of the beautiful ocean. I rented chairs and umbrellas just so I could enjoy the view, however I prefer to enjoy the comfort of my own chair. There should be availability for others to enjoy the views without renting the chairs. I will not stay here again.
