Wonderful Beach Trip

Nice property, lots of room, and short walk from private beach area. If you can’t get a place that has a view of the ocean then this is definitely the next best thing!

Family vacation 2022

We arrived early spoke to someone at the office that let us know that the A/C unit wasn’t working and they was sending someone to fix the unit and was very nice. Once we got keys got into condo and the bathroom toilet wasn’t working in the master bathroom it was flooding the floor went up to the office and called the number on the sign the manager answered and said he would send someone ASAP and Shane came soon after and fixed the issue. Once again great service between the toilet issue and the A/C not working the staff worked together quickly and provided us with great customer service. We will be booking again 😊

We had a nice vacation

Over all it's a nice place to stay for a beach vacation. It's a very short walk to the beautiful beach, which was very convenient. It was clean overall, eventhough I found a long black hair in the bed (I have blonde hair) and there were splashes/stains on the door of the bathroom. There's enough toilet paper. There were 2 (maybe 3?, not sure) dishwasher tabs, so if you plan on cooking make sure to bring a few so you won't have to buy a whole pack there. Also no spices, not even basics like salt/pepper. Huge variety of utensils though. Management was very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend! 9h btw, very spacious, comfy beds and couches!

Wanted to love but disappointing

The community was a mix of families. Some were great- and some not so great. Unfortunately our neighbors partied all night and were loud and dirty (glass bottles, towels, and vomit). Wouldn’t stay again.

Great place, good location

We were down for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our week. It is a little walk to and from the beach (about 1/4 of a mile) but not a bad walk. The condo had everything we needed and was great since we were on the ground floor. It was a great location and not far from the baseball field we were playing on.

Condo was great, neighbors not so much

The condo is well equipped — kitchen was the best equipped I have ever stayed in! The family room furniture was plentiful, clean and in great shape. The master bed has about 5”of soft foam on top (we prefer a firmer bed). The air conditioning when blowing rattles in the middle of the night - something that can be addressed. Our biggest problem was unruly noisy upstairs neighbors - you could hear chairs moving and feet stomping across the ceiling. I had to literally go upstairs, knock and ask them to please quiet down (11:30 pm). I reco the management put a rules list asking for quiet time after 10pm and to be considerate for all residents.

Absolutely beautiful beach and condo was clean with everything we needed.

Our family is a family of six with children being 5,12,19,20. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and kept everyone cool after long days on the beach! The property manager was super nice and very informative. He saw my husband grilling and even went to his own apartment and grabbed bacon for our burgers bc we didn’t have any. The only thing is it is a little walk to the beach and no parking near our beach access. After a long day of sun- it was far. The condo is positioned at the back of chateau la mar. There also isn’t a shower or rinse station at the beach access so you are walking with sandy feet until you get to the shower station near the pool which is a little walk. Besides it being a little walk- it’s wonderful. You could rent a golf cart for your family and it would be easier to go to and from beach.

Nice and Convenient

Short walk from condo to private beach, perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or there are restaurants close to either walk or drive.

Love!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for us! My teenage girls loved the room they stayed in due to the big, comfy beds. The little ones loved the playground right outside the door and the pool of course! The facility as a whole is very well kept; clean.
