What truly sets this home apart is its exclusive beach access. A private gate—accessible only to residents and guests within the complex—leads directly down to the shoreline. You’ll need a gate code to enter, ensuring a more secluded, uncrowded stretch of sand that feels worlds away from the busier beaches nearby.

Inside, soothing sea-blue hues and natural light set the tone for your stay. The open-concept layout connects a fully equipped kitchen—complete with retro aqua cabinets, coffee station, and barstool seating—to a cozy living area with a plush sectional, large TV, and dining table for four. A built-in desk offers a quiet spot to work or plan your next beach adventure.

Step through sliding doors to the enclosed porch, a bright and airy lounge with a sleeper sofa that doubles as an extra guest space or a morning coffee nook. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering a private retreat after a day in the sun.

Located in Northwest Florida, Destin is dubbed the “world's luckiest fishing village.” This Emerald Coast city is known for its sparkling white beaches, numerous golf courses, and world-famous fishing. Nearby zipline courses, dolphin cruises, and amusement parks make it a perfect destination for families. Adults and large groups also come here for beach parties during the day and live music at night.

Home Truths:
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Facilities are for owners and registered guests only.
- Grilling: Personal grills or hibachis are not allowed on patios or decks. Use only the community grills in designated green areas.
- Laundry: No towels or items may be hung on balconies or patios. Laundry facilities are behind the clubhouse.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Keep noise, TVs, music, children, and pets at respectful levels.
- The pool is open 8 AM–10 PM for owners and guests only. Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty. Please shower before entering, keep noise low, and close the gate behind you. No glass, food, smoking, running, bikes, or scooters allowed. Children under 12 must be supervised, little ones must wear swim diapers, and pool capacity is limited to 18 people.
- The tennis and pickleball courts are open on a first-come, first-served basis. Please limit play to one hour for singles or ninety minutes for doubles if others are waiting. No pets, smoking, food, or drinks other than water are allowed, and bikes, skates, or cleats are prohibited. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult, and gates should be locked when leaving.
- Private events at the clubhouse require a $250 deposit and $100 cleaning fee. Smoking is not permitted.
- Pack ’n Play and high chair available upon request for your convenience.

Parking Details:
- Each unit may use up to two parking spaces (including golf carts). No parking on grass or sidewalks. Golf carts may not be charged at units. Boats, trailers, and campers require prior approval for temporary storage.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
