Un cadre d'esprit Crystal Beach House est parfait pour les familles ou les groupes de 10 à 12 personnes qui souhaitent une piscine très privée et un accès facile à la plage. Comprend 3 chambres, loft et 2 bains. Venez séjourner avec nous dans notre maison de plage de vacances Destin (plus de 2300 pieds carrés) avec des terrasses enveloppantes pour bronzer, un porche avec moustiquaire et une piscine très privée! La clôture blanche et le vitrail dans le pignon donnent à notre maison Destin un «look de livre de contes». La chambre principale est immense et dispose de 2 lits king size afin que vous puissiez vous étendre et une salle de bain privée. Il y a accès à la cour arrière privée et à la piscine du maître. Le niveau supérieur dispose de deux chambres avec lits king-size et d'une mezzanine avec lits superposés et lits gigognes pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Rencontrez votre famille ou vos invités au niveau intermédiaire pour une réception ouverte dans deux espaces de vie, une belle salle à manger ou dans la cuisine complète avec un grand îlot avec des tabourets de bar. Là, vous vous promènerez vers le porche grillagé où vous pourrez profiter de la cour ombragée, sereine et naturelle et attraper plus de brise du golfe de Destin. Il y a un canapé-lit en cuir queen au deuxième étage de la maison de plage A Frame of Mind. Le rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur une terrasse enveloppante face à la cour avant et un porche grillagé qui donne sur la cour arrière et la piscine privée. Vous pouvez profiter de la brise, regarder les enfants dans la piscine, manger sur le porche ou les terrasses ou cuisiner sur les barbecues au gaz ou au charbon de bois. Destin Beach Living à son meilleur! La cour clôturée a une autre surprise - une MAISON DE JEU (200 pieds carrés), juste pour le plaisir ou les soirées pyjama! The place was very nice, close to the beach and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful experience. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because the pool was shaded the entire day. If that is what you are looking for this place is for you. If you want sun while in the pool I wouldn't recommend this house.

Girls weekend

I wanted a low-key bachelorette. Just beach, pool, and friends and this was the perfect place to do that. We all had plenty of space and just loved the fun and unique layout of the house. Walking to the beach was easy and quick! We all said that we'd love to go back one day.

our family loved all the room at this destin home. the kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. Location was great! only two negatives were only two bathrooms (which we knew from beginning) and we worked it out fine and the number of steps was a little hard. but there again we knew . all in all we had a great time and house was great!

This house & its owner were amazing! I genuinely wish I stayed longer & invited more people. The property is very spacious. With COVID still going on, visiting places can be worrisome, but the cleanliness & prompt communicate eased any anxiety. Any time I'm in Destin, I will definitely try to get this house again.

Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach! Great renters - Mike and Tracy were available whenever we called (even on Easter Sunday) and very accommodating! Great House - has tons of amenities and room for lots of guests, we had 9 (4 adults, 5 children) fit very comfortably! I would definitely go back! Thanks for a memorable vacation Mike and Tracy!! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it had two bathrooms (and having 3 would have been nice), but definitely not a deal breaker for us!

Love this house - great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group. Short walk to the beach. House is fully equipped with beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and kitchen has everything you need to cook. Owners/Property Managers have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Private pool and surrounding landscaping is beautiful. Screened porch over looking pool is a peaceful area to relax and enjoy morning coffee. Property Managers ensured easy check-in and check out process with their friendly communication. Love this house and will definitely rent again!

Just Perfect!

The location of the house couldn't have been better and in such a beautiful area! This property is near the main route for shopping and dining and walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for all. Decks galore with a screened in porch over looking the pool. Very comfortable for a big family with an additional guest house by the pool. The owners were very accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to returning to this property on a regular basis. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful place!

Perfect location, great vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. It's a great house with lots of great areas to gather in groups for cards, dinner, etc or little places to go for quiet time. The pool is a huge plus, the kids enjoyed that a lot. Also the game room in the back yard is a huge hit. We love all the patio areas, the kitchen is well stocked with most things to cook a big meal and two grills was perfect for our last meal. The location is a short distance from the public access to the beach which allowed us to easily walk down several times a day. The house itself is in a good location for shopping..west is the boardwalk and east is SanDestin and Baytowne Wharfe. We've already talked about when we can come back! 💗

Marvelous!!!

This home is perfect! We enjoyed our week so much that we plan to return next year. The house is beautiful and functional! Plenty of space and privacy. Tracy and Michael were extremely kind and easy to work with. Communication was easy and every email was promptly replied to. They have a great knowledge of the area and were so helpful. Perfect, in every way.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house. It met all of our expectations and is well represented in it's listing. We came to Destin primarily to visit with family who live nearby. We had everything we needed to cook a lovely celebration dinner for 12 people. We appreciated all the space we had to spread out. The kiddos enjoyed the pool, the teenagers enjoyed a good long walk on the beach and the adults had a wonderful time just visiting. The owners were amazing. We had the potential of coping with serious weather from a tropical storm. They stay in touch and kept us informed, answering our questions before they were asked. A special place.......very special people. Thank you.

Highlights: Pool and walking distance to the beautiful beach!

There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children). There was plenty of space, the beds were super comfortable, plenty of drawer space to unpack. We never felt like we were too crowded. There are so many spots in this house to escape to if you need alone time to read or just be by yourself. We had no issues to speak of. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Tracy was great to work with. The pool was a HUGE bonus. Everyone loved it. Short walking distance to the beach, which was beautiful. I only wish there was a bathroom on the main floor (but I knew it beforehand.) A fabulous vacation spot. I would definitely recommend A Frame of Mind.

Great beachside stay!

We booked The A-Frame of Mind last minute to escape Chicago and the cabin fever of the Covid shelter in place. Our timing was perfect as this was the first week that FL was allowing vacation rentals after the lockdown. The booking process was simple and direct. The owner/manager responded immediately. Communication throughout our stay was great ... not that it was needed for anything pressing. The location is great. Just a block from the beach. We have a 3 and 5 yr old and they had no problem walking to and from the beach. House comes with a wagon and a full selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc... The house is a bit older than some of its neighbors but we’d gladly stay again!

Great family vacation

We stayed for a week at A Frame of Mind with our family of 12. The accommodations were excellent. Just what we needed to stay comfortably. The walk to the ocean wasn’t bad at all. Took less than 5 minutes. The pool was an added bonus. Some people had said they didn’t like the shade over the pool in the afternoon but we LOVED it!!! After being at the beach all day we wanted to get back to the house and swim without the glaring sun. This house has everything you’ll need. Didn’t have to buy anything extra like we have at other places. There are many amazing restaurants and a lot of shopping nearby. Mike & Tracy were very helpful and quick to respond all along the way (I asked a lot of questions!). All of the info they have posted is exact in its detail. I’d strongly recommend their place to anyone. We’d go back again in a heart beat and stay at A Frame of Mind. Loved it so much!!!!!

Location, location, location! Near it all!

Relaxation central! This was a bit of a working vacation for us, but enjoyed it immensely! Loved the house and the pool! Short walking distance to the beach! All kinds of items already there that we didn't have to bring with! Including boogie boards, beach chairs, shovels, buckets, etc! We spent many a morning (drinking coffee) and evening (sipping on a little wine!) on the screened back porch over looking the pool! The home is in great condition! The owner's had just done some renovations and redecorating, so it was spotless! We had lots of great meals which the owner's recommended: The Other End open bar/restaurant (gorgeous views of the Destin Harbor), Surf Hut (on the beach - delicious fish tacos!), Harbor Docks, Louisiana Lagniappe (For a nice dinner overlooking the Harbor, YUM!), Capriccio Café (coffee and crepes, YUM!), Hogs Breath (for some awesome live music!) and of course Bad Ass Coffee! So close to shopping as well! Didn't do too much of that this trip though, but did go to Bass Pro Shop which is right around the corner! I would recommend to all family and friends!

Great place to stay. Close to the beach.

This is a great place to stay that is very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was closer and better than I expected. It’s an L shape walk but it is not far at all. There are public parking by the beach entrance and opposite from the entrance but we decide to walk. Seeing our neighbor have golf cart, It would be nice to have a golf cart but the walk is not bad at all. You don’t need one but it’s fun to drive on one. The layout takes a bit of getting use to but not bad. It just feel weird to walk into the master when you open the main door. There are outside stairs that will lead guest to second floor (kitchen/living room) so you don’t have to keep walk by the master bedroom. Good thing is if you have 2 families, each family can totally have their own separate space (floor) so you won’t drive each other nut! :) Living quarters are on the first and third floor. Living room and dining room are on the second floor. The inside stair from the second floor to the first floor is tiled so be careful when wet. The master bath on the bottom floor is awesome with two showers head in one bathroom. It’s separate from the master bedroom so anyone can run downstairs to use it and not bother the people that stay in the master bed. The only minor issue that we experienced is the dryer. It takes a long time to dry and have to constantly remove the lint from the filter. The instructions are clear and guest have to wash and dry all towels but the dryer take at least 2-3 cycle to dry. It just take so much time for one regular load, and cotton towel take forever. I think the dryer’s lint hose must have a lot of build up lint that’s why it take a long time to dry. Other than that, this beach house have a huge beach wagon. Plenty of beach toys for the kids, floats for baby, beach chairs, beach umbrella. I even see umbrella stroller, play pen for babies, high chairs, I mean guest seriously don’t have to worry about a thing for beach. The kitchen have everything we need for cooking, even sugar, salt etc... Only thing we have to buy was a big sharp knife to cut our big raw beef steak. Bring your own knife sharpener and you will be fine! The sharpener that we found is the same prices as the knife so we buy a knife to keep. We only have 2 cars but I think the driveway can fit 3. We had a great time here. It’s close by to lots of places. Thank you for sharing your places with us!!!

Amazing week in Destin

This house was the perfect place for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2-9. We especially enjoyed the heated pool (it was super warm) even though the weather was a bit chilly and rainy. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was super quick to respond. There were a ton of pool toys, 2 wagons, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs at the property too which was super convenient. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes at the most and this house is located in a super cute neighborhood. We loved everything about this house and would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! I can not say enough about the owner of this property. She was easy to contact and went above and beyond when we left something behind. The location was great. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was a wagon, chairs and sand toys to bring to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool. We would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

RIGHT ATMOSPHER FOR DESERVING HARD WORKING FAMILY

With the world being as crazy as it is now, this property was perfect for us to reconnect and to just let it all go. The swimming pool was heated, good for some night time pool fun. The walk to the beach is about a 5 to 8 minute walk, however it'll take longer because we got caught up at all the beautiful scenery by the house. If I had a question, the manager responded right away. My family and I are so thankful that this place came up and was right in our price range. We'll be back in the summer!!!
