1003 EAST Silver Beach Towers (10th floor) - Professionally decorated and inspired. SeaScaping is full-on, dazzling gulf-front with views to every direction -- and many miles out to sea. Vistas of ocean horizons, sunsets, sunrises, dolphins, ethereal clouds will greet you from living areas, sheltered balcony, and master bedroom/bath. Now Offering complimentary seasonal beach service! 2 chairs and 1 umbrella included in rentals March 1 - Oct 31.*

Decorated in breezy coastal themes, the living area has big screen, smart TV, with upgraded and expanded cable channel selections. Seating offers many options, including two recliners, sofa, chairs, and two additional bean-bag chairs/ottomans. The adjoining dining space seats 6 and there is additional seated bar space. The kitchen is planned for the cook with Insta-Pot pressure cooker, real chef's knives, mini-food processor, slow cooker and professional blender.

Spacious, beautiful, master bedroom and bath open to balcony and have views from any vantage point. There is an additional large, en-suite king bed room and a kids' bedroom with two twins. Third bath is in the hall. Living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a full-size laundry room. SeaScaping caters to little one with junior table and chairs, mini beach chairs, pack'n'play, baby booster.

Dedicated single space in secure parking garage. High-speed, elevators exclusive to east/odd-number tower. Two beautiful pools, marine-quality community barbeque grills, and tennis court are on ground level as well as private beach access. Barbeque grills are located just off the pool sundeck. Additional guest parking on the lobby level. The entire facility is security controlled and maintained to the highest standards.

Silver Beach Towers is located at a light-controlled intersections. Liquor superstore directly across from SBT has great whisky and wine tastings; also huge beer selection. Local favorite, Merlin's Pizza is easy walk across highway, Also, diner, juice bar. For cars, no delays with dangerous left turn chaos during busy beach months in Destin! And, easy walk on beach to one of Destin's most popular beach eateries/bar -- The Back Porch!! (No difficult parking!)

*Beach service includes one complimentary daily setup of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, available March 1st through October 31st. Service is provided by a contracted HOA vendor. The host was very professional, check in and out very easy. Of all the places we have stayed this by far is our favorite.. Very clean, had everything we needed, close to restaurants, most valuable was the view and the sound of the ocean. Loved spending this with our adult children here. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Beautiful view, living area and kitchen much smaller than pictured. Not even a salt and pepper, coffee filer etc. in the kitchen. Hated having to get keys off site and using a key fob for all doors. I get it’s for safety but having it all on a wrist band would be so much easier. Plus had to remember the six digit code for the door. Beds were comfortable but the couch and chairs in living room were dirty and worn out, not comfortable at all. Also the beach requires you to rent their chairs at 60 a set of two, per day and the unit doesn’t provide beach towels either. I won’t stay at Silver Beach Towers again, I’d rather try a newer place.

There were seven women, all sisters and cousins. We absolutely LOVED this condo. The view was perfect and we had everything we needed in the condo. The pool area was very nice as well. We had a perfect and well deserved, cousins vacation!

The check in was not what I expected. I didn’t feel safe having to go to off site office for keys. The facility was good. However; the facility would really be great if you had screened doors so the doors could remain open at night.

The 80's decor needs updating. Wifi was HORRIBLE!!! There's no passcode, so no doubt others are poaching it. You will be in a bind if you have to do any form of remote work; which is what we encountered. Hot water takes a over 4 minutes to reach showers/tub in master bathroom, yes, I timed it. The dining chairs sag. The patio door is very hard to open, could benefit from lubrication. The bedroom close to the kitchen has a very noisy/wobble ceiling fan.

no ice all week. Reported it to Emerald Coast but nothing was done about it the entire time we were there. Check in process was good.

I realize over time condo's will need work, the front door needs work and the "ring" doorbell probably should go, makes people uncomfortable. The elevator messed up one day, it would not move for a long period of time. Had to walk up 10 flights of stairs, and my husbands lungs are not in good shape from covid. Other than that it was good. Has the best balcony and liked the showers.

We enjoyed our stay, fabulous location and we loved the units floor plan and spacious balcony. The property itself was immaculate! We did have issues checking in and the rental company called after hours to assist us upon check in, it wasn't very clear. Also the ice machine, alhtogh working, ran rather slow in making ice so we had to go purchase ice every other day during our stay. The property listed a gym but there wasn't one on site. We enjoyed our stay at the Silver Beach!

Nice Getaway

Son, daughter-in-law, plus three year old grandson, our daughter and the two of us spent a fun few days at this 10th floor property. Very nicely appointed with plenty of space and amenities. Plenty of beach toys for the grandson. Nice views, good location, close to groceries, restaurants and those very important coffee shops! Would definitely rent again.

The condo was fine. Needs updating. The beach was disappointing because the set up crew would not set up the footstool on umbrella set ups we paid 65 dollars a day for. We had to get them ourselves every morning. I have come to Destin many years and have never experienced this. Also chaos we’re allowed to set up in front of our rented chairs. Not acceptable

My family stayed at seascape in July.. We had the best time. It is so convenient to be right on the beach. Karen was so quick to communicate with us. We thought there was an issue with the lock on the door but turns out it was operator error

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing vacation our first time in Destin. The condo was in the perfect location. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. Karen was quick to respond to all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again. Made lots of memories.

Relaxing Getaway

Karen’s condo was amazing! So nice and had all of the needed amenities. The property and condo were very nice and felt very safe. The owner was extremely responsive and even touched base with us to ensure our visit was great. The parking spot in the garage was an awesome addition. Beach rentals on the private beach were flexible. We were able to bring our own chairs and just rent umbrellas, but the option for the full beach setup was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Silver Beach towers and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Destin vacation and property!!

One of our best vacations! The condo, SeaScaping, was perfect in every way! Perfect beachfront location on the most beautiful beach ever! Our condo was all we had hoped for and more. Roomy 3 bedroom and baths to accommodate our family. The big balcony overlooked the ocean and the gorgeous double pool area. We could enter the balcony from the master bedroom and the living/dining area. Plenty of nice porch furniture too! Secure parking and entry was appreciated. Great location to shopping, good restaurants, etc .Our property manager Karen was the best....thank you Karen! She answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. Super well stocked kitchen with all we would need! Can't wait to come back!
