This stunning 4 bedroom lakefront home in the desirable and gated neighborhood of Destiny East has recently been renovated throughout and is ready for your next family vacation! Named "Sea of Dreams", this luxurious vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 12 beach-loving guests and is only a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico.

The tasteful renovations have been designed with guest comfort in mind, featuring brand new furnishings and high-end appointments throughout the home. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, private pool, and abundant natural light. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated and the Master Suite boasts a private outdoor patio that overlooks the picturesque Four Prong Lake and view of the Ocean in the background, which is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying evening cocktails while watching a tranquil sunset.

Should you decide to venture out, the garage offers access to a new 6-seater Golf Cart and bicycles that are perfect for cruising in style and convenience to the beach. This street legal cart allows you to enjoy a fun ride down Old 98 and even enjoy a much-deserved date night. Another addition to the garage is a new Ping Pong table. So you and the family can stay competitive on vacation!

Located in the prestigious gated community of Destiny East, Sea of Dreams offers guests access to superb amenities. In addition to the beautiful beach, the expansive patio features lush tropical landscaping and a large lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a bubbling hot tub. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, two lighted tennis courts, a putting green, and a colorful playground for the kids.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

We loved our stay at Sea of Dreams. The beach is really close, and it was nice to be able to use a golf cart to haul our chairs. We used the hot tub every day. The view is amazing! The house was very clean! The beds were comfy. The kitchen could use a few items: more than two dish towels, dish cloths (there were none), oven mitts (only one) and pot holders (none). Overall score 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and very clean, and was big enough to accommodate our large group! The beach was close, and we really enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes. Communication was great with the owner! We would definitely stay here again for future trips to Destin!

Perfect neighborhood for a family with older kids. Gated for bike rides, basketball courts, and overall family atmosphere. House was well equipped and the owners were very welcoming and helpful at check-in and throughout the week.

Sea of dreams is a great house! We loved the pool & had some great ping pong battles in the garage. Drive a very short distance to the beach with the provided golf cart. Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!!

The hot tub and pool are heated together so to keep the pool in the 80's the hot tub was burning hot and not usable. The kitchen could use some basics - no salt, pepper. Text messages from service were nice but felt like all they really cared about was making sure the arm bands were all left. That didn't need repeated daily - we are adults and know the consequences of paying a fee for taking something.

Our stay at the Sea of Dreams house this week was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the home felt bright, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you hope for in a beach rental. The layout was perfect for relaxing, and every room felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained.The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. We especially loved the outdoor spaces—great for morning coffee, evening chats, and enjoying the Florida breeze. The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick walk to the beach and close to all the best spots in Destin.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. Sea of Dreams truly lived up to its name and gave us the getaway we were hoping for. We’d stay here again without hesitation!Highly recommend!

Super fun place right by the beach!

Large, open floor plan with plenty of room for multiple families. Big bedrooms, bathrooms and beds. Huge patio with a super warm pool/hot tub even during cool nights. 6 seater golf cart for access to everything the Scenic Highway 98 has to offer including a 2 minute ride to the beach and tons of restaurants. It's also on on a dead end street within the gated community so no traffic which is a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit the Destin area in the future.

Great place to getaway!

We have stayed in Destin the last three years for our family spring break. We have had a great time each year but this year was our favorite and Sea of Dreams was a big reason why. The hospitality, responsiveness, and ease to work with the property management team was excellent. The location provides easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, newly remodeled spaces, and neighborhood in which the property resides. We will definitely be back!!

Stunning Remodeled Home in Perfect Location

The home was spotless. Walking in you saw the lovely pool and lake The house had the slight smell of paint - so great! Everything we needed was there. We LOVED the golf cart and used it. The gated community was fabulous and we used the pickle ball courts . House is nicely located to grocery stores restaurants and ice cream stores

Lovely home & perfect location

We came from KY with our teenage & young adult children and their friends for a beautiful week in Destin. The house was perfect for our group of 9, giving us plenty of room to spread out. We utilized all of the property amenities and loved having the golf cart and bikes to get back and forth to the beach. The office was very attentive to any questions or issues we had. If you are traveling with more than 6, be sure to let them know ahead of time so they can provide more property wristbands for your group. Having a pool right out our back door was perfect as well. There is a Publix super close which made getting groceries easy. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful Neighborhood Close to Beach

Had a wonderful week with children and grandchildren. The distance to the beach, restaurants and shops are just minutes by golf cart. Only two issues: the refrigerator ice maker didnt work. A repairman came midweek, still no ice. Also only 8 arm bands were provided to access club house amenities.I had assumed there would be enough for the number of house guests (11). Otherwise beautiful, rental and stay. Thank you Geoff and Modern Beach Rentals.
