Well, look no further as our recently renovated (Nov 2023) one bedroom beachfront condo, or our home away from home as we call it, has it all! Crystal Sands is ideally located just steps from the white sands and warm waters of Crystal Beach and minutes (1mi) from the famous Destin Commons and a few of the infamous beachfront food destinations Destin offers. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from inside the condo at the Salty Dolphin. You can watch the dolphins swim and frolic in the mornings with your coffee too! Could it get any better!?

Crystal Sands is a low rise (3 story) condo building with a private beach so you can avoid the crowds. It's also perched nicely above the crystal blue waters for amazing views of the beach and waters. Nothing better than watching the sun set from the patio as the dolphins swim by in our opinion! Except maybe a cold beverage to go along with it! The sounds of the waves crashing on the beach inside don't hurt either....or at least that's what we think!

With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it all here as Crystal Sands! You can enjoy an outdoor pool or watch the kiddos build sand castles while you get dinner ready or read a book on the patio. It's truly an unrivaled experience and we'd love to share our family condo with you.

You name it, it's new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New floors, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sofa with a pullout, and a new TV to unwind after a long day playing in the sand. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get; as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence.

You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head to one of the delicious restaurants that we've provided in the suggestions guide at the unit.

We strive to create an atmosphere that'll allow you to make the lifetime memories you came to Destin to achieve. A beachfront paradise where you park your car outside to open the door to an ocean view that makes you forget about it all right away so you can....VACATION!

This is a private one bedroom condo that you will have full use and access to during your stay.

We are available before, during and after your stay. Just a phone call, text or email away! We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area.

The condo complex is located right on Crystal Sands beach. The sand is so fine it squeaks beneath your feet as you're walking towards the water. Magical! We are within minutes of several great restaurants and bars. We're also a mile walk/drive to Destin Commons where there are several shops and restaurants to keep you busy throughout your stay. On the beach you're able to rent paddle boards, jet skis and some other smaller equipment. If you're looking for something bigger or other activities they are also close by and some suggestions are included in the binder we conveniently located in the condo for reference during your stay.

Most guests arrive with a car when coming to visit and you'll have access to the free parking lot at the complex. Some guests even choose to bring along or rent bikes while vacationing as it can be a fun way to see some of the sites and hop around the area. There are racks to lock them up.
