Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, this large home in Kokomo Kove features lots of space for your family and friends to create memories on your beach vacation.  
This vacation home boasts a lush backyard with a private pool for your enjoyment and three stories of fun vignettes to enjoy your stay both inside and outside.  Additionally, there is a detached garage that has been transformed into poolside fun featuring ping pong, Golden Tee arcade game, rolling flat-screen TV with sound bar so you can enjoy the game from any angle, refrigerator, and plenty of comfy plush couch seating - perfect for a rainy day or a little respite from the sun and sand.  If that's not enough, why not roast a few marshmallows over the front yard firepit after a day at the beach or take a ride to nearby shopping and dining on your 6-person golf cart, included with your stay.
   
Koko Kabana is 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home and has room for up to 12 guests.  Enter into the expansive living area with not one but two adjacent open living spaces with separate sectionals, a large flat screen TV on one side, and fireplace on the other side.  Then move into the large, open and airy kitchen and dining area with plenty of room to cook for all 12 guests.  Brand new appliances, beautiful granite countertops grace the family-style kitchen.  The dining room table comfortably seats 10 and there is additional seating for five at the island bar.  Visit the coffee bar for your morning pick-me-up!  There's also a powder room conveniently located on the main floor near the living areas.  

Venture out to your raised veranda overlooking the privacy-fenced back yard oasis with private pool (may be seasonally heated for a fee from October - May; please inquire with one of our reservationists for details), lots of seating for poolside relaxation, a dining table and grill, and overhead door entry into the poolside game room.

Off the kitchen is a conveniently located main floor ensuite bedroom with windows overlooking the pool and backyard.  This suite features a King bed, flat screen TV and a private double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower.   The large laundry room also resides on the main level.

The ensuite Master bedroom, another King bedroom, and spacious bathroom all reside on the second level.  The King master with en suite bathroom opens up to a lovely balcony for enjoying coffee in the morning or wine along with the sunset in the evening.  The stunning master bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower and lovely outdoor light shining in from the glass brick windows. There's also a bunk room with two twin over twin bunks on this floor with an additional bathroom.

Enjoy the view from the balcony off the bedroom on the third floor where you can see the beautiful neighborhood of Crystal Beach from the quiet and peaceful overlook.
