Venture downstairs to discover a convenient setup for poolside relaxation. Equipped with 2 sleeper sofas and 2 love seats this is the perfect hangout. There's also a fridge and buffet table for drinks and snacks, this level ensures that your days spent lounging by the pool are filled with ease and enjoyment. With direct access to the pool area, you can easily take a refreshing dip or bask in the Florida sunshine without any hassle.

Retreat to the third floor to find all three bedrooms, each offering a tranquil haven for rest and relaxation after a day of coastal adventures. This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
