Personal umbrellas and tents are not allowed on the beach, if you require additional umbrella and chairs they are available for rent. If the Weather is a bit chilly you can still take a swim in the Heated Pool. There is also a Sauna, Exercise Room, Two Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard and a huge Clubhouse with Barbecue pits and picnic tables by the lake. Just a short hop over to the Best Water Park on the Gulf Coast (Big Kahuna) and for shopping you are within blocks of the Winn Dixie Grocery Store and all kinds of shopping.
