EMAIL FROM STERLING SHORES HOA: The roofing project is scheduled to begin as late as May 4, 2026, and will last approximately 90 workdays (not calendar days), as progress may be impacted by weather conditions. If we are able to start prior to May 4, I will communicate that update promptly. Our goal is to have the project completed by the end of July 2026, weather permitting.

Work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. If we encounter hurricane season impacts or significant weather delays, the schedule may extend to Monday through Sunday.

Please be aware that the penthouse units will be the most affected during this project. The initial phase of work will involve the removal of existing roofing materials, which will generate sawing and scraping noise from 7:00 AM to approximately noon. After that, crews will focus on drying in the exposed areas, which is significantly quieter and will typically take place from noon until 7:00 PM.

LIVING AREA The open living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Slide open the glass doors to the balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or perch at the bar for three.

BED & BATH This penthouse sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, which provides a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, while a fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The guest bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
