This condo unit was terrific all around. My wife and I stayed for a five day visit, and the building was centrally located near the center of Destin on Route 98, and close to shopping stores and restaurants we loved ( Back Porch and Boshamps).The property is accessed through a security gate, and all people staying at property are given wristbands to wear at all times during stay, and cars get a window tag and have free parking two-story garage with easy and in/out onto Route 98.The condo itself is on the 11th floor, and directly overlooking the beach and Gulf shore.The unit has a nice bedroom with king bed, and private bathroom, plus a second main bathroom, bunk beds off hall, and sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well equipped and fridge with ice-maker. TVs are in roomy living room and bedroom, and small sets for each bunkbed! Unit has nice porch with small patio table and 2 chairs , plus 2 Adirondack chairs. Also includes two beach chairs and small umbrella that worked fine for us; rentals are available from building also, but we used ours.Access to beach is easy with four elevators, and short walk outside past two of three pools, and beach is nice and wide. Small but adequate health club also available.Small Tiki bar at steps to the beach serving cold drinks and sodas was a plus.Walking beach was great. White, powdery sand and clear water led to great walks in both directions for miles.Communication with the owner before and during our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.
