Pelican Beach 510 is a gorgeous fifth-floor condo with one bedroom and one bath accommodating up to six. Coastal decor and cozy furnishings set the tone for a relaxing stay in this stunning retreat. Sink into the comfortable couch, breathe in the sea air, and take in gorgeous views while the kids catch up on their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Start a puzzle at the breakfast bar or gather for a board game at the dining table. It’s easy to prepare fabulous meals in the bright, airy kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Find refuge after long days of fun in the sun in the beautifully appointed master suite featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. Parking notes: Special parking passes will be issued to all registered guests with a maximum of two vehicles per rental. Vehicles must display the pass on their windshield to be allowed entry.



Pelican Beach 510 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
