This 1-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps up to six and offers a private balcony perfect for morning coffee and sunrise views. Inside, enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and flexible sleeping arrangements with a king bed, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. With pools, a hot tub, fitness centers, and the beach just steps away, everything you need for a memorable stay is right here.



The Space:

When you’re ready for a family vacay, head to Pelican Beach 405, a Gulf-front condo located right in the heart of Destin.  With stunning views and tons of amenities, your only question will be, why didn’t we book sooner!



Pelican Beach 405 is a lovely fourth floor condo with one bedroom and two baths accommodating up to six. The views don’t get much better than from the living room, with a sofa, love seat, and flat-screen TV. Come together for a game of cards at the table with seating for four, or gather at the breakfast bar for morning coffee. Take in the views from the kitchen while preparing quick snacks for the pool or beach, then head out onto the private balcony with a favorite book before an afternoon catnap. You’ll find cozy sleeping arrangements in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath. The kids will love the twin bunks nestled in the hall, while the sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.



You’ll find tons for the whole family to do right on the property, including shared swimming pools, a hot tub, two fitness centers, and a stunning stretch of beach right out back. With Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park just across the road and The Track’s go-karts and miniature golf course less than a mile away, you won’t have to travel far to enjoy Destin’s most popular attractions. Packed with restaurants, shopping, and activities, the Destin boardwalk is just minutes away, and the perfect spot to rent a watercraft for the day!  Whether you prefer lounging by the pool, taking strolls along the beach, or shopping until you drop, you’ll find Pelican Beach 405 the perfect launchpad for your next getaway!



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.



Parking is for one vehicle. The Front Desk is available and will assist with check-ins 24/7.

The condo location is great. It is close to restaurants and plenty of things to do. The view on the gulf side is amazing! Everything you need is there for you. Would stay again.

Our condo was very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was breath taking, and the beach access was very nice. The pools were heated so it made our April trip very enjoyable.

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort and we love it. The room itself is great, clean and had everything we needed. Not a fan of how over crowded the resort seems, pools are always super packed.

Host was amazing from the beginning. We didn’t have any issues with checking in/out. Only thing that needs to get addressed is the cleanliness of floors, couch and shower head. Tile grout is black and you can see next to trim it is light grey. The couch had large stains on the back cushions and I didn’t even want to sit on them. Master bath shower head was completely covered in mildew. The cost of cleaning service fee is ridiculous with the conditions we experienced walking in. We basically left it as clean as it was with exceptions of dirty towels and linens for one bed. The others were not used.

This was a perfect accommodation for two people. The view and beach access were superb. Balcony seating, which was important to me, was comfortable. The only downside to this property was a lack of in-condo laundry facilities.

Great location. We were able to see dolphins one morning while on the balcony. Room was nice and clean. Only reason for not 5 stars is the water pressure in the master bath, pressure was too low. The guest bath was just fine.

Unit was clean and in a great location. Enjoyed the surrounding attractions. Nothing was out of the way. Easy check in/out. Decorated very nice and modern. Only complaint was the ice maker wouldn’t work, but great stay otherwise!

Spring Break Stay

First- the view here is unreal and makes it worth the price. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The elevators are right around the corner and getting to the beach is so easy. We had a wonderful time. The unit could use some updates (worn condition). Would recommend at this price! We made great memories.
