Le golfe du Mexique n'a jamais Ă©tĂ© aussi beau depuis ce condo situĂ© au 6Ăšme Ă©tage au cƓur du Pelican Beach Resort. AprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage, un petit groupe peut se dĂ©tendre. La cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e est le lieu idĂ©al pour faire le plein. Ce condo a une piscine communautaire et est en plein milieu de nombreuses attractions, alors si vous vous prĂ©lasser autour de la maison ou explorer Destin, ceci est la maison de vacances pour vous.

Le parc aquatique et d’aventures de Big Kahuna se trouve Ă  quelques pas, oĂč vous pourrez vous entraĂźner sur les vagues avant de prendre la mer. Il y a beaucoup de plats locaux excellents autour du complexe, y compris Mellow Mushroom et The Back Porch.

Great location terrible unit

This is located right near everything you need! However we checked in on a Monday night and noticed immediately pool of water in master bath. There was a broken toilet handle and a seal. I called Vacasa and reported was told a plumber would be there at 8am. The next morning we noticed broken handle in the bath off the kitchen. Then the air conditioning wasn’t working! I called again and sent an email. Wednesday I was told someone would be there to fix it all. No one came until Friday when I called AGAIN! I was reimbursed less then the cost of one nights stay when we had to make other arrangements for bathrooms! There was sand and food in the bunk beds, no skillet for cooking in kitchen, the corners had dirt and hair in them. This was a huge let down! The view was good and location everything else was awful!

Everything about the check in to the 1min walk to the beach was a great as advertised. Only negative about the stay is the walls are super thin. We could here the conversations from the condo next door. Something to consider if you have light sleepers or kids that may need naps.

Just needs to be updated? Looks and feels old? TV’s in both rooms needed an upgrade! The air vents are dirty bad- I’ve stayed at 2 different units and they are all dirty!

The beach was beautiful and very clean and the pool was really nice. The room was horrible !!!!

At check in the lady was very rude. The room was in need of major updating. The pictures on the site are very very out of date. Was contacted by the property about how our room was and sent pictures and also let them know that there was mold on the master bathroom shower. Instead of replacing it they brought a new one and placed it inside our door so I hung it up. Very disappointed in paying what we did for what we got.

Property location is great. Parking is a little of walk but not too bad. Onsite cafe and outside food/drink hut is nice, 2 pools are great. Easy walk down to beach. The cabanas take up almost all of the beach so that was disappointing when you want to go down with a towel and take a dip, hardly room at shore line to put a towel. The only disappointment was the mattresses. The main bedroom mattress was not comfortable or supportive, sheets had nubbies on them also. The bunk beds in the hall way nook- which would only be acceptable for small children, the mattresses are poor quality also. There was some wear and tear, rust, mold but that is to be expected in a beach rental. Very clean. I would only recommend this for 2 adults and maybe 4 children at most. The bunk beds and couch would not be comfortable for adults. Had a great time.

Appointments to room very good. View is excellent !!! Several minor but glaring problems. Complaints room 610 Patio table unusable. Highly corroded. Not level. Living room fan/light. Light inop. Living room tv mostly inop. No batteries for most of the boxes. Stove/ oven is misaligned. Guest bathroom shower diverter handle is wrong type ! Fell off. I made temporary repair. Requires correct part ! Master bathroom sink handle came off. I secured as a temporary fix. Requires proper part. For the huge price I paid for 4 nights I should not have to deal with those issues

Girls trip

A friend and I had a few nights stay at this wonderful condo. The view is amazing and the condo was very clean. A little too “rulesy” for the beach for my taste ( no smoking ANYWHERE on the property/beach and we had to wear wrists bands the whole time) but it was nice to get away from home and see the beautiful beach again ❀

Beautiful Resort

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were enough supplies to last our stay. My daughters and I felt very safe at the resort. We will definitely return for future vacations! ❀❀❀

Nice condo, but would not stay on this property again

The condo was very nice and clean. (Although they need to replace the balcony table and chairs) The property however would not allow us to put our chairs at the waters edge. We had to put our chairs behind the 5 rows of rental umbrellas. And the properties on either side were private so we couldn’t put our chairs near the water there either. We were FORCED to rent chairs and umbrellas so we could get a glimpse of the ocean while siting on the beach. I have never ran into a problem like this anywhere I’ve ever stayed. My friend and I are two women in our 50s and we just wanted to sit with our toes in the water and could not do that. Very disappointed. We made a point to rent a condo on the beach so we could do that. What a let down and waste of money.

Great view

Great view. Kitchen could use updating as far as skillets and spatulas. They were terrible to cook with. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard. The tub needs a stopper. I prefer showers but my body requires a bath. The new pool was very nice. Good thing they have 3 for the size of the complex even the 3 were full. Hot tubs were nice but always packed. People at the front desk were nice and did well trying to answer our questions about the area. Beach was very nice but the chairs and umbrellas were expensive to rent. If you travel by plane and you want chairs you’d be better to buy a couple at Walmart and leave them there then to rent the chairs. Only draw back is you can not put a beach chair close to the ocean water and put your feet in because the beach chair company will not allow you to be in front of their chairs. So silly. To me that’s monopolizing the space. Great location for groceries and access to many places. Overall we had a great time in Destin and surrounding areas.

Great location

Almost perfect stay for us. Had everything we needed except a mattress topper. I realize that's subjective, however, it was a bit firm for us. Besides that, we had a great time. Very convenient check-in, parking, loading and unloading right at the front door. Room was clean as a whistle, had a great view.

Fall break with friends

Beds and furniture were full of sand and condominium desperately needed refurbished. Also found a cockroach in our kitchen. One couple we vacationed with room was abruptly canceled 1 week before trip so they had to move from two different rooms. It was not an easy stay for them.

Ok experience

Conflicting log-in info for the door lock between vrbo and vacasa (3 codes ). Chairs with broken upholstery. The Oven door front was not attached to the door. There were no cutting boards or sharp knives. There were all of three mugs in the kitchen. There was sand on the coffee table. The toilet paper was wet and turned blue from the paper cover it was wrapped in in both bathrooms. There was only one bar of soap total, but used ones left in the showers (ugh). Also one was not allowed to set up chairs near the water line. But only behind 3 rows of empty chairs. Only two elevators were working with long long waiting times. We had to carry groceries up the stairs to the 6th floor. Should have been informed prior to arrival.

Great Place for a Great Price!

This was the first time I've ever been to this property and was very pleased with the location and convenience to nearby activities. The room was exactly as listed and I was contacted during and after my stay to ensure I was satisfied and that everything met our needs.

Great location !!

My family and I enjoyed our short stay at the resort. Beautiful view from out unit !! Condo had lots of space to accommodate our family. Overall, unit was decent, however, bedding sheets looked and smelled old, we even had go to buy our own bedding sheets, the beds were so hard that we all ended up with back pain. My son suffers of severe allergies and apartment was extremely dusty and every time we would walk in the apartment, his eyes would start swelling up and having itchy eyes. Overall, it was a great stay.
