This beautiful unit in Destin is in a top rated gatedresort and the unit itself is clean ,comfortable and decorated very nicely..
New kitchen with new cabinets,white quartz counters, new LVT flooring, new living and bedroom furniture , no carpet in the unit.
Sleeps six ,king bed, and bunks in the hallway.. 2 full baths ,one has tub /shower combo and the hall bath has a walkin shower

Amenties at this resort is amazing .Pools galore ,tennis courts barbecues,cafe for a mid day snack,hot tubs and a tiki bar down at the beach!

We had a great time! The view was spectacular and we even got to see dolphins playing from the balcony! The communication with the owners was great as well. The resort is close to everything also! Would highly recommend staying here.

Great view and location

Check in process was very, parking is pretty annoying as wells as the lack of carts for checking in and out. The condo needs some maintenance as far as the bathroom door in the main room barely closed, the table in the living room is very wobbly. The property has some paper thin walls as we were able to hear everything coming from the floor above us (not necessarily condo owners issue but wanted to note that) other than that the room was suitable for me and my partner. Definitely bring your own seasonings, paper towels, containers/zip locks etc.

Pelican beach resort.

We have stayed there twice once in February and once in May the views is amazing we saw dolphins 🐬 and Manta rays from the balcony the beach ⛱ is awesome.

Absolutely Gorgeous View!

I loved this place and the accommodations. Some things were not quite spelled out, like that you actually had to “book” the bonfires and they don’t just happen. Also you have to have a large group of people for those. Another thing is that the Tiki bar and cafe close at dusk, so not much options on property after that
 Also the beach seating is very very hard to book and I had to tip “Very Well” just to get a seating that was third row but close enough to the edge or to the alley way. My last day they were kind enough to move me to front row seating because someone cancelled their reservation. Again, it’s the only resort that has 4-5 rows of seating and multiple rules. When I went to get the wrist bands and tag for my car, I literally had to list every single person’s name that might potentially visit me (none of them were actually staying the night) and they had me fill out a bunch of other things which I thought was odd, considering, I booked through VRBO and the owner directly, so that was a little extra and inconvenient. They were doing work on the building which we were also not aware of so we were being awakened to very loud banging every morning very early! I feel like that should have been disclosed, my daughter leaned on the white area right infront of the condo to take a picture and got paint all over her. apparently it was freshly painted, but no sign. Overall, the property itself is very beautiful and the view is gorgeous! Just too crowded & loud

GREAT condo

We have been going to Florida for years, between Destin, Fort Walton and PCB, we've checked out many condos. This one was perfect!! The only complaint I had was I didn't stay longer haha. This was in the center of the 19th floor, beautiful view, great communication from the owner. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, we've now decided Destin is the best location for us hands down. Do not hesitate on using this location, private beach. Sure we had to pay for beach service, but it was well worth it!! Tiki hut on premise, Cafe also. Love it. Will be back for years to come!

Baby’s first vacation

We really enjoyed the property & the view was beautiful! The whole process was smooth & it was perfect for our little boys first beach vacation! A couple of the washcloths were coated in makeup upon arrival, but that was a minuscule issue! We loved our trip & stay! Decor was cute too!

Nice views

We had a great little quick girls getaway. The condo is adorable and the views are beautiful. Very clean and beautifully decorated. A heads up to future renters, there are no beach towels in the unit and there was no complimentary shampoo, conditioner or bath soap. So make sure you bring your own stuff. We were there for a quick 3 night stay with only a carry on so we didn’t pack those items assuming they would be provided.
