* Living room has Big Screen Smart TV, a real leather sectional sofa (not a sleeper sofa but you can still sleep on it) and dining area with 4 chairs and 4 height adjustable bar stools
* Stainless range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers.
* Coffee machine (drip+K-cup), toaster, blender, kettle, full kitchenware
* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom with shower
* Guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a TV, direct door to guest bathroom with shower. Guest bathroom has another door to the living room.
* Extra large east facing balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom, slanted for better ocean view (2 bedrooms do not directly face the ocean)
* Additional Bed: We offer a double size memory foam FLOOR MATTRESS which needs to be placed by you on the living room floor for 5th/6th persons
* Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels in living room) and high speed Wi-Fi
* Washer/dryer in the unit
* Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
* Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code.

HOUSE AND RESORT RULES


- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

We are the Colasan family. I am a scuba instructor, vintage car collector, frequent traveler. Father to 2 sons. Love travelling with family. Destin has always been our favorite destination with its tranquility, great beaches and clear waters.
