The stay was good but this unit had a lot of issues. Paint abd the ceiling was peeling. The faucet was loose and dripping. The rod that the shower curtain goes on was rusted. The place was a good location. The below are pictures of the issues the place had

Everything very convenient and organized. Community very pleasant.

Excellent. Everything well maintained. Hopefully we get to come again. Loved having no carpet. Great for us and the grandkids. Management communicates very well and this was greatly appreciated.

Perfect for our two night get away! Loved that the beach was a short walk and two chairs & umbrella was included with the house rental! Restaurant within walking distance! Nice place perfectly described on the website. Property manager was very informative and communicated often!

Great spot with close access!

Had a great time on our short get away! Only recommendation would to get those courts painted for pickleball soon. Was jealous of the front area in comparison. Would def stay again

Great location

The property was in a great location. It was close to the beach and other places that we visited. The kitchen had been updated and it'svery nice. The living room furniture should be upgraded it's very worn. This is an excellent place to stay it just needs new furniture and rugs.

Nice place, needs some up dating

Overall our stay was fine. The location was great and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. We did call the property manager the 2nd day because our A/C unit was making a very loud whining noise and wouldn't shut off. We had to leave a message and he got back with us in a few hours, which was totally fine, it was a Sunday and it wasn't an emergency. He said we would try to get someone out there on Monday, which he did, but we weren't there (he called and asked if they could go in) and he never let us know if the problem was fixed (it was still whining, just not as loud) or if they would be coming back. A few other issues were the dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty. We had to handwash everything before we used it. Also, the pots and pans were in really bad shape, so bad that we went and bought a new skillet to use while we were there. Another issue was the shower drains didn't drain well at all and we were always standing in 3 to 5 inches of water while we showered. If these issues get fixed it would be a much better place to stay, but overall it was ok.

Was a good place to stay but the check in process could have been a little better communicated. Also, asked about an additional day to stay and was told the unit was already booked but there were not any cars there the entire time we were there at the 4 units

The property is excellent! The condo was perfectly clean and great for a family of 5! Short 5 minute walk to the beach, which included a set up included with rental 2 chairs and an umbrella. Condo comes equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and a washer n dryer which was a great blessing! Only wish was if it allowed pets since I have 2 small yorkis who I missed dearly, lol. Thank you for a great memorable first time to Destin!

Special , Spectacular an Saucy 😃

The 2 of us (hubby an wife) took a long break from our daily routines and stayed at this little place not far from the beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating an friendly. This place was a walk to the beach however we enjoyed that time to talk and drink our coffee (I know coffee in hot weather doesn’t sound good but we needed the wake-up lift) . The 2 beach chairs & umbrella was a special touch, however you must plan as the service starts an ends at 5pm if u go early or stay longer to see the beautiful sunrise / sunset you will need to bring some chairs or something .. The place was clean , nice appliances, an had a washer n dryer which was also very nice
 The manager was Outstanding!! ok ok what would we change ? mostly nothing we had such a wonderful time
.. maybe firmer mattresses (but we guess some people like soft an some people like us like firm ) so you go with the flow an enjoy

Perfect beach getaway

Had a great week with the family for fall break. Property is like advertised. Easy walk across street to beach. Umbrella and chairs included was a great touch. Will definitely keep this on the return list!

Definitely Would Recommend

We had such a good time in this unit. The unit was cleaned well, which means so much to me as I clean a resort for a living so I notice things pretty quickly. Location was great and never once did I feel we were unsafe. This is our second time staying in this condo community (first was in 2019) and we had a great time. Clean, safe and loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer and beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Simple and Sweet

This condo was simple and sweet. The beds were comfy, the patio was good. I liked that it had it's own personal washer and dryer to wash the towels from the beach. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you needed to cool all meals. The pantry was very roomy and the dishwasher worked great. The restrooms were a decent size as well and came with extra towels. Overall the stay was good and the price was reasonable. I recommend.
