In search of new Latitudes for your next luxury getaway, it’s all in the name. Latitudes is a magnificent Gulf Front vacation rental in the heart of Crystal Beach. Centrally located, Latitudes is near the most desirable shopping, elite golf courses, and decadent coastal cuisine.

Pristine gulf views encompass this expansive seven bedroom and seven and a half bath retreat. Sleeping 18 guests, Latitudes is elegantly furnished and delicately finished with modern coastal touches. Latitudes is the perfect beachfront estate, complete with an adjacent and separated carriage house with its own kitchen allowing privacy among families. Floor-to-ceiling windows define the indoor/outdoor living philosophy, encouraging plenty of indoor lounging or playful outdoor activities around the private pool overlooking the rolling waves. Enjoy conversations on lush furnishings in the open gathering space or be thrilled watching the latest sports event on the large flat screen television. Prepare culinary delights in the spacious kitchen or hire a private chef to serve local delicacies in the airy dining room. The oversized kitchen island serves as a centralized congregation area; perfect for wine tasting, charcuterie, or the chef’s chosen amuse-bouche.

The bedrooms are just as inviting with all the luxury necessities needed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The master suite is extraordinary, with a king bed, flat screen tv, endless gulf views and direct access to a private balcony with seating perfect for sunsets. Guest suites are equally exquisite with comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding. The kids will enjoy their own private fun-zone in the bunk room with a twin bunk and one single. Wonderful Property for a Family Beach Getaway

Latitudes was everything we could have asked for in a beach vacation home! Location was central to all things to do in Destin area. The house was beautiful and LOVED the layout. Plenty of space and love that it was only two stories unlike most beach homes. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Our stay at Latitudes was a wonderful week with our kids and grandkids! The communication for check-in, codes for golf cart and bikes, and house rules were well done and easy to access. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and the living area and dining area were perfect size for our 11 family members and are window lined for a great view of the beach at all times. The guest house with game room gave our older grandkids a great space to hang out and have their own time together, just perfect!

Latitudes is the most incredible home on the beach. My family of 7 took over the house and it was perfect- it provided plenty of space for everyone and included nice amenities such as soaps, shampoo, etc in the bathrooms. The views of the beach are spectacular. Heating the pool was a very good idea for spring break weather. The beach access and chair set up added value to the rental. The location is close to many restaurants, stores, etc. the neighborhood is also extremely desired- quiet, clean, safe, high income demographic, easy to ride bikes. Above all, the property manager was easy to contact when we ran into any issue- in our case, the security code wasn’t working for the door but we had it fixed within minutes. The attention to detail, great communication, and kindness is what makes this company and location a 5-star success.

There are MANY stairs to get into the unit which I did not see on the listing. Many broken, not working items in uinit during our stay. The cleanliness was not wonderful with past guest residue and a green pool but that is easily corrected. The management was very assessable and responded quickly to issues.

Amazingly beautiful property

The Lattitudes property was simply amazing! The property was actually too large for our group, but we wanted directly on the beach so we decided to book. So glad we did! The property was very clean with fantastic views and literally steps away from the beach. Between the beach and the private pool, the children in our group were rarely dry. The ONLY thing we could have wished for that wasn't available would have been a table outside with an umbrella. There just wasn't anywhere to find shade on the decks and patio.

We loved the location. The house was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It was great for our group of 15. The beach was clean. I didn’t give 5 stars for just a couple things. Every time we used the oven, the gas smell was overwhelming. So much so that we had to open doors to vent the smell then the AC couldn’t keep up and it was hot for the rest of the evening. We had a bathroom sink stop up and was fixed, but took all day and a couple insects were spotted in 2 of the bathrooms. Trash from the previous week wasn’t picked up until Tuesday mornnng. Cans were full when we arrived on Saturday.
