Imaginez-vous vous détendre sur votre balcon privé sur l'un des deux transats en sirotant votre café du matin au lever du soleil ou assis à la table en mangeant votre petit déjeuner préféré. La vue sur la plage et les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique depuis cette unité est incroyable.

Les meubles de salon de l'unité locative en copropriété no 603 ont été remplacés en décembre 2017. Cette unité peut accueillir 4 personnes avec un lit king-size dans le maître et un grand canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme dans le salon. Les sols carrelés sont dans toute l'unité. Le salon est équipé de tous les meubles en cuir, d’un téléviseur à écran plat SMART HD de 60 pouces et d’un décodeur HD avec la chaîne SEC Sports. Le maître est équipé d'un écran plat 42 pouces. Les deux téléviseurs sont équipés d’un lecteur DVD SMART blue ray. Les ventilateurs de contrôle à distance sont situés dans le maître et le salon. La cuisine est complète avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un garde-manger pour stocker vos courses. La baignoire a été retirée et il ne s’agit que d’une douche.

La piscine, les courts de tennis et les chaises de plage gratuites (3/1 à 10/31) se trouvent à quelques pas. Faites votre réservation aujourd'hui. Profitez des excursions gratuites Xplorie pour améliorer vos vacances.

Our party also had a 2 bedroom unit, but the 1 bedroom unit felt bigger. Higher floor units closer to the ocean have the best views but also the most stairs and/or steps (which is fine for adding steps to your health tracker. The beach chair/umbrella service spoils you wonderfully. All in our group of 9 loved all the facility had to offer.

Wonderful Stay at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not our first visit to Destin, but our first time at this location - and it was amazing! The condo was clean and well-decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue in the bathroom on our first day and the maintenance staff and cleaning staff were quick to respond and fix everything. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is the best location on the beach. It was quiet, relaxing, just an overall great stay. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things, because if everyone knows how wonderful it is, it will get too popular! But honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. Great location, great condo, wonderful visit - we will definitely be back.
