Les meubles de salon de l'unitĂ© locative en copropriĂ©tĂ© no 603 ont Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©s en dĂ©cembre 2017. Cette unitĂ© peut accueillir 4 personnes avec un lit king-size dans le maĂźtre et un grand canapĂ©-lit avec un matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme dans le salon. Les sols carrelĂ©s sont dans toute l'unitĂ©. Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© de tous les meubles en cuir, d’un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat SMART HD de 60 pouces et d’un dĂ©codeur HD avec la chaĂźne SEC Sports. Le maĂźtre est Ă©quipĂ© d'un Ă©cran plat 42 pouces. Les deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont Ă©quipĂ©s d’un lecteur DVD SMART blue ray. Les ventilateurs de contrĂŽle Ă  distance sont situĂ©s dans le maĂźtre et le salon. La cuisine est complĂšte avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un garde-manger pour stocker vos courses. La baignoire a Ă©tĂ© retirĂ©e et il ne s’agit que d’une douche.

We eat in a lot & had to go & buy a cookie sheet so I could make cookies. Everything else was great & nicely updated. Especially loved the recliners. Us “old” folks like to relax & put our feet up when we sit & relax.

Our party also had a 2 bedroom unit, but the 1 bedroom unit felt bigger. Higher floor units closer to the ocean have the best views but also the most stairs and/or steps (which is fine for adding steps to your health tracker. The beach chair/umbrella service spoils you wonderfully. All in our group of 9 loved all the facility had to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not our first visit to Destin, but our first time at this location - and it was amazing! The condo was clean and well-decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue in the bathroom on our first day and the maintenance staff and cleaning staff were quick to respond and fix everything. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is the best location on the beach. It was quiet, relaxing, just an overall great stay. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things, because if everyone knows how wonderful it is, it will get too popular! But honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. Great location, great condo, wonderful visit - we will definitely be back.
