Clipper Cove Cottage is a one of a kind! Recently completely renovated with all new furniture and comfortable luxurious bedding for the descriminating traveler. New Master Bath fully renovated in Fall ' 25. House has a huge front porch for gathering when you’re not at the beach. Conveniently located 2 blocks from the ocean and a short walk away from many restaurants and shopping. No hassles with parking at the beach and carrying all your "stuff"! House provides wagon, tents, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels and toys! House is adjacent to heated neighborhood pool with easy access and viewing or ear shot from backyard or master bedroom. This single-family residence is comfortable yet luxurious! All bedrooms are complete with large 50 inch screen Roku TVs for ease of operation with a single remote. Upstairs and downstairs master both have an office area for those having to work a bit during the vacation. Living area seats 8 comfortably while dining area seats 6 plus 2 at the kitchen island bar. This is an excellent sought after area popular with both locals and tourists. This is a family friendly neighborhood nestled close to Henderson Beach Resort and a 4 minute walk to Camille's - a hot spot for breakfast, lunch and late afternoon delights. At the major intersection with Destin Commons and conveniently located in the neighborhood behind Total Wine! All walkable making hassles with Highway 98 all avoidable. Literally a 3-5 minutes walk to beach access, which has restrooms, water toy rental options and outdoor showers for rinsing off. Driveway parking for 2 cars and is a golf-car friendly neighborhood. Perfect stay, can’t wait to rebook!

We loved our stay at Clipper Cove! I’ve probably stayed in 30 vacation rental houses and this house surpassed all of them! It felt like being at your own personal home. First impression - This house was cleaned better than any other rental we have booked. The attention to the details matters and there was nothing that wasn’t spic & span. In addition, the host covered additional amenities- paper towel, shampoo, soaps, laundry supplies etc. Most other rentals don’t include this and it makes ALL the difference in making you feel like you’re staying at home.

Great little place

This house was so cute and fully stocked. All bathrooms had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. All the things you could need were in the kitchen. Anything you would need for the beach they have in the shed. The furniture was comfortable & the house wasClean!My only complaint is that it gets a little warm in the living room. Which didn’t affect us too much because we didn’t spend most days inside. But even in the evening I would have liked it a bit cooler. Overall, a great little house!!

Wonderful home and great location

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Clipper Cove Cutie! The house was perfect. It was clean and incredibly well stocked. The location was fabulous. We spent time in the fenced in backyard (great for dogs), at the pool, at the beach, walking the great neighborhoods and riding bikes. They have everything you could want for a day at the beach or pool or for just hanging out at home. It was very impressive. Terri was always quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We even extended our stay! We come to Destin often and we would definitely come back to this home in the future without hesitation.

Super Cozy and Has it All

We were very happy with this house! I had a lot of communication with Terri prior to our stay and she was super helpful. You can tell they have put a lot of thought into making this a great vacation home. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen well-equipped. The location is great - a quick stroll to the beach, quiet and charming neighborhood, nice little backyard for relaxing, and right next to the pool! The beds were comfortable. We were thankful for all of the beach items too! We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing House

This was our third time staying here and it was better than ever! The house was clean as a whistle when we walked in. Everything was perfect! Great Beach Getaway!

This property is so nice and convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing with a short walk to the beach. Had everything you needed from beach chairs and wagons to sunscreen and after sun provided too. We loved our stay here for spring break!

Great Location with Everything You Need!!!

This house is great! We stay in AirBnB and VRBO houses a good bit, and this was one of our favorite homes to date. They have everything you might need, from beach bikes, beach towels, sunscreen, books, games, chairs for the beach, a beach buggy, umbrellas, tents, footballs...the list goes on and on! We are also avid cooks, even on vacation! The kitchen was stocked with great knives (we pack our own and didn't even need to pull them out!), pans, crock pot, everything! They have some spices, oils, and there was even some condiments in the fridge! Our dog was also very comfortable! They even provide a dog bed! The backyard is so sweet, and easy to see the pool (it's right there). I was afraid the yard was going to be small...the pictures don't show the size well. It was way bigger than I expected, and great for my dog between walks. The house is in an area that is great for dog walks and bike rides. We have stayed in Destin a lot (we have family there), and the neighborhoods haven't always been very inviting for walking...not the case here. Biking to the beach was great, as well as to dinners, breakfast, coffee shops, and souvenir shops! I even biked to Publix. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location

We’ve stayed in many different rentals and areas on the emerald coast over the years and we were very impressed with the location of this home. There was no sketchy uturns or turnarounds into the neighborhood, it was very centrally located to anything we wanted yet not in the crazy congested areas closer to “Destin” proper. The neighborhood had a walkway that cut our walk to the beach to less than 5 minutes even with two toddlers slowing us down. The neighborhood was very friendly and had the perfect loop to walk our dogs. Everything was in the home that could be needed including games and books. The shed of supplies was amazing and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs that had to travel with us. If you are someone super particular about noise (we are not) you can hear people in the neighborhood pool from the house- but it wasn’t bothersome to us. It was a lovely home that accommodated our family well and we are hoping to make a longer trip next fall.

Family First

Our stay at Clipper Cove was great! Everything was well stocked and clean. The house was definitely comfortable and cozy. It was our family’s first time in Destin and we loved it. The beach is within walking distance and Terri had beach gear to use that my kids were excited to use. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely beautiful, bigger and roomier than the pictures indicate. The neighborhood is very nice and the walk to the beach is truly just 6 minutes. The communication with the host was great. They would respond immediately any time we contacted them. It added another layer of peace of mind to our trip.

The Clipper Cove Cutie was amazing! It’s super clean and comfortable. Next time we’ll know what not to bring. There were plenty beach chairs and toys, beach towels, bug sprays, and sunscreens. Also the bathrooms were supplied with full size body wash, shampoo, and conditioners. Kitchen has plenty of spices, oil, and coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The whole house is decorated so cute! We rented a golf cart from Destin Golfcarts and they drop off and pickup. The cottage comes with 2 bikes so between the bikes and golf cart we didn’t use our car much There are plenty of great restaurants very close to cottage. The neighborhood as a whole is very pretty and tidy looking. We’re seriously thinking of renting this house again.

The Perfect Getaway

I rented this home a quick walk from the beach in Destin, which is close to where I grew up. The place was immaculate and well-stocked for beach and sun. The pool is right behind the home and just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Has great amenities and plenty of room. The host was super-responsive. I even reached out to her to inquire about future stays. Highly recommended! Close to everything.

Relaxation Personified

The property promotes relaxation and a peaceful stay. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, linnens and beach gear. Our friends were first-time visitors from NC that were in need of a vacation. Destin did not disappoint.

Super nice!

The property was very nice and spacious. Very clean and organized. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, roads weren’t to busy. The house is next to the neighborhood heated pool. The beach isn’t too far to walk to. We had a very nice stay. Loved the fenced yard for our fur babies. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Stay! Short walk to beach! We picked this place because we could bring our French bulldog. The fenced in backyard was great. Plenty of space for everyone. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toys was a PLUS.
