You will enjoy this spacious 3BR/2BA, featuring a fantastic open floor plan, tiled floors, granite kitchen countertops and breakfast bar- just perfect for entertaining family and friends. Located in the beautiful beach complex of Shoreline Towers in downtown Destin. Shoreline amenties include almost 500' of private beach, seasonally-heated sparkling pool.
This unit DOES NOT HAVE A BALCONY, we are located on tower 3.
Shoreline Towers are being reinforced now, the towers are being redone outside
The inside of the units are not affected by the outside work other than noise.
Concrete repairs are in progress on the ground level of Tower 3 where the sloped bases have been
removed. Occupants will hear jack hammering/grinding during the work at these areas.
· Walkway coating removal is currently in progress.

We had a wonderful time. Couch was uncomfortable and could use more cookware in the kitchen, but all around it was a nice place and we enjoyed our time there.

Very cute place. We enjoyed our stay. If you did want to cook on the property I would definitely bring your own pans/baking sheets for sure.

Beautiful condo, construction ruined it

The condo itself is beautiful and very clean. But the construction was horrible. It’s very loud when they’re working. We were gone most of the day but coming back to eat lunch you can see them hanging at the window working. We were also disappointed that the beach chairs/umbrellas were not included in our room. You must provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. this was also a first for us as other places we’ve stayed were stocked on personal needs. Considering how much money we paid we were pretty disappointed. You can NOT see the beach from the room. It’s a very slim view of water way out in the distance but if you’re looking for a beach view, this isn’t the place. Again, the room itself is nice but we probably would not stay here again.

Destin get away

Spacious living area for the whole group to eat together, play games, hang out. Wonderful that property came with washer/dryer unit to be able to wash towels, swim suits to use again. Love the beach access. Only issue was dumpster was a little walking distance for taking out trash but overall great experience.

May vacay stay

The condo was neat and clean, we enjoyed our second trip with our sons, daughter in law, and grandson. The ocean was a little cold in May but easy to get used to if we stayed in it. The grandson liked it but really enjoyed retreating to the heated pool where he was much more comfortable. Something noteworthy is there are no canopies allowed on the beach anymore and your own umbrella was frowned upon but allowed by the umbrella rental company on the beach if you put it where they wanted you to. *DON'T BUY A CANOPY*

Didn’t know there was construction. Outdated and smell too much bleach/fabuloso.

Security wasn’t there and tried calling the number(several times) they provide to get a hold of security and left a voicemail, no answer. Construction going on, making it more dangerous for my kids. Too much bleach/fabuloso was being used, I had to air out the smell by leaving the door open for 2 hours before my kids could get in. Once finally in to settle, the first 2 queen size bed have blood on sheets and pillow case.

It was not too clean. She did not tell us that it was under construction. It was not a relaxing

It was not what we expected I wish I’d known it was under construction the toilet ran all night. The shower tripped. The microwave was not clean. It had mold in there.

Nice week away

Upon check in our door wouldn’t lock. After contacting the owner, the owner showed up and changed our door lock. Very quick to reply. Overall the property was clean and a nice place to stay. There is a lot of construction work going on outdoors of the condo but that didn’t affect our stay at all. No noises or distractions from the construction crew could be heard from our unit. Ceiling had some chipping of paint/drywall but that didn’t affect the cleanliness of the room or our stay at all. I’m sure this will be a beautiful renovation once it’s all finished. I loved the gated entry, made our family feel very safe and secure during our stay.

Condo was Great!

Condo was on 4th floor and was clean! A little out dated but clean! Not much of a view or balcony. But we were there to fish! All we needed was a clean place to take a bath and lay our heads. The condo served its purpose!

Awesome Location and Super clean

We enjoyed everything. Being near the beach, from walking into the home being squeaky clean and really spacious to the quiet good rest we were able to get every night. We loved it. The one and ONLY concern please let people know about the heavy CONSTRUCTION this property is under so folk realize what they r walking into going up the elevators seeing all the contractors being there. Little noise at times but only during the day which was just fine. The home was sound proof we couldn't hear anything. This was a great time in Destin we loved it.
