Additionally, Turtle Cove is within walking distance of Destin's top attractions, including The Big Kahuna Water Park and Starbucks. OUTDOORS

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas guests have access to the beach via a private walkway. No need to cross Highway 98 to reach the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf as it is right down a quiet path outside the condo. The community pool is steps away and grills are available for those breezy evenings where you want to enjoy a poolside BBQ dinner. Big Kahuna's Waterpark is across the street and countless shopping outlets and restaurants are nearby.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire unit as well as condo amenities including a community pool, BBQ grills and private beach access.

*Please note that the unit is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator.

The condo has a beach toy closet where guests often find chairs, toys, and other beach items left by previous guests. These items are free for guests to use during their stay; however, availability varies and specific items are not guaranteed.

Destin is an amazing beach destination known for its stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear emerald waters. But in addition to those gorgeous beaches, Destin has so much to offer in the way of activities and restaurants. Here as some top ideas:

Go fishing: Destin is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village" and offers excellent opportunities for both deep-sea and bay fishing.

Take a dolphin-watching tour: Destin is home to a large population of bottlenose dolphins, and many tour operators offer dolphin-watching tours.

Visit the Destin Harbor Boardwalk: This lively boardwalk is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, including live music and street performers.

Explore the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park: This marine park offers a variety of interactive exhibits and animal encounters, including dolphin and sea lion shows.

Play golf: Destin is home to a number of championship golf courses, including the Regatta Bay Golf Club.

GETTING AROUND

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Please note that no trailers, boats, motorhomes or RVs are allowed. Guests will be provided with a link upon booking to register their vehicle and pay for parking before their check-in day. The cost is $20 per vehicle.

The condo is located on the second floor. As no elevator is provided, walking up stairs is required to access the unit.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to pets and smoking is excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

★HOUSE RULES★

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞ Please note that the community HOA charges $20 per stay, per vehicle parking pass. Only two vehicles are allowed. A link to purchase your parking pass will be sent to you after booking.

☞ No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
☞ No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to HOA regulations. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

☞ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.

☞ Please do not place hot dishes or pans on the quartz kitchen countertops as high temperatures will damage the surface.

☞ Please be sure to leave wristbands in the condo before your departure as there is a $150 replacement cost for missing or lost wristbands.

☞ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

☞ Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs.

☞ No parties are allowed.

☞ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.

☞ Maximum occupancy of 8 people (maximum 6 adults). Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

☞ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.

They had a lot of beach toys already stored there and we didn’t have to bring any of ours. The condo was very nice it’s just the floors hide a lot of dirt and having a 1yr old that crawls, her knees and feet were dirty within 10-15mins of us arriving and her crawling around. Really other than the dirty floors it was a nice stay.

The condo was nice and clean. Updated with plenty of space for our family. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we personally prefer but it wasn’t really far. The beach itself was beautiful and clean we loved it!
