Very spacious condo, well stocked kitchen. Great location, comfortable beds. We had a couple of things that the cleaning company had to notice and didn’t report, but once we reported they were taken care of pretty quickly. 3 beds/3baths are so appreciated!!

Can’t beat the view!

Wonderful week at the beach! Positives: 1st & foremost - THE VIEW!! The condo itself was nicely appointed & very spacious. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils, baking dishes, serving ware, etc. The condo felt very clean - towels were wrapped in plastic & beds had a paper wrap on them so you know they were freshly laundered. Each bathroom had a guest kit with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, bath gel. There was plenty of TP, PTs, garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods & 2 laundry pods. The pool is on the street side (vs beach side) which is nice b/c when it’s super windy on the beach side you can still use the pool. The couch was large & comfortable. Negatives: the neighbor upstairs and his child were SO loud it really put a damper on our week. You can hear every footstep, every time they opened/closed a cabinet or drawer, etc. It rattled the pendant lights & dishes. We didn’t hear voices or music/tv, just VERY loud walking/child running which was constant for some reason
it was like they never sat down!! The first night they were there, he was up all night
which kept us up all night. I reached out to the mgmt co, but they said they couldn’t do anything & suggested I contact the city if it continued. So I went up to the condo & shared with him that we could hear it so loudly. The noise continued through the days, but improved at night.The other negative was the master shower didn’t drain well (standing water) & took 2-3 minutes to get hot water every single time.

Family beach vacation

condo was very spacious - well stocked kitchen - excellent bedding - very comfortable- rockers on balcony were wonderful - loved the view -beach chairs and umbrella was a nice to have - was a wonderful time!!
