Welcome to our beautifully updated beach condo that offers a perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and exciting amenities. This cozy condo accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families, or couples.

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living space featuring a king bedroom, bunk bed nook, updated bathroom with walk-in shower, cozy living room with queen sleeper, full kitchen, laundry, and spacious outdoor deck with ample seating for everyone to gather and relax after a day at the beach. Free high speed wifi is available. High chair and baby playpen are available on request.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated condo community that hosts an array of outstanding amenities to elevate your vacation experience. Take a walk to enjoy private access to1100 feet of Destin's pristine beach. Cool off at one of the five inviting pools or relax at one of three invigorating jacuzzies. Stay active with a friendly match at one of six tennis courts, or the free par three golf course. The resort also includes a marina, restaurant, snackbar, drinks, and restrooms at the beach. You will also be spoiled by the pre-paid beach service that offers 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests from March through October..

Great little condo well acquainted with appliances etc . Owner was very responsive! Sandpiper Cove is a great neighborhood and the renovations in this condo we're great, rearranging the kitchen and adding bunk beds is great for a small family!

The setup of the rooms and beds were perfect! We had 5 guests and we didn’t feel cramped for space! The host responded quickly to questions. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the porch swing and chairs/toys for the beach!!

Beautiful, Private Oasis

This was such the perfect gateway for my family! The property was fully stocked with all the bells and whistles to include a private beach access, pools, golf, and tennis courts. Mike prompt, professional and highly know. He was easy to access and quick to respond during each interaction, I knew what to expect and had amazing instructions for the property and beach services. In addition the unit was located with in walking and distance to many food and activity facilities, boardwalks and other beaches.

Family beach vacation

The condo had everything we needed and was clean! You could see one of the pools from the back porch so my kids were able to walk back and forth. Only a short walk to the beach which was wonderful. The property was beautiful! I will definitely be looking for this one again for future vacations to this destination.

Great condo located centrally to all Destin has to offer! Unit was perfect for our family of 4 - including two teens. We enjoyed the large patio overlooking the first tee of the gold course. Property Manager was efficient and thorough with arrival/departure instructions. Safe gated-community - gate staff extremely helpful in getting us to our unit.

Family vacation 2025

Checking in and out was very simple with the instructions we received from owner prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was there all we needed to do was bring our personal items. The unit was very clean as well no need to contact the owner for reason. Thank you for another pleasant stay at our home away from home.

lovely place, great location

Such a nice condo with a complete kitchen, plenty of room for us and lots of open kitchen shelves. The location is perfect for the par 3 golf and a nice walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella included. There is a dining table as well as a two-person porch swing on the deck.

First time in Destin

Our stay in Destin was very nice. The location was busier than we expected and the walk to the beach longer than expected. The beach was beautiful and the weather was great early in the week. We had some issues with the condo, but they were taken care of by the owner quickly. The condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the golfers.
