Cozy 2-bedroom condo with beautiful view and within 1000 steps to beach

Grand Caribbean East (GCE), unit 311, has it all. It is clean, has a well-stocked Kitchen and freshly decorated in a modern beachy style with beautiful gulf views and easy beach access.

The building is across the street from 2 beach access points (Tarpon and Pompano). Tarpon beach has been newly expanded to provide 340 ft of beach front with additional amenities will be completed in early 2026. GCE has spacious pool and hot tub, grill area and plenty of parking in the back of the building to accommodate 2 cars per guest.

Unit 311 is a very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom which accommodates 8 guests comfortably. This unit is under new ownership.

We love staying at our new condo to get a feel for what the rental experience is like for our guests. We work hard to make sure it is a place where our guests will enjoy staying.

We maintain a well-stocked kitchen and also provide enough bath towels, pillows and blankets for 8 guests. We strive to provide a clean and well-maintained vacation rental.

Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted by a long hallway which runs from the front door to the living area. As you proceed down the hallway you will pass the spacious private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a new King bed and mattress, ceiling fan and tv. The bathroom has a spacious shower with toilet and vanity. Then pass the hall bathroom with two entry points one from the hallway and the second bedroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination, with vanity.

Past the bathroom is the second bedroom with a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, ceiling fan and TV.

The washer and dryer are located past the second bedroom, and then a spacious desk area.

The hallway ends at the living area. This area is very open and bright and has amazing views of the gulf through the beautiful French doors that span the entire width of the room. Out the doors, is a roomy deck where you can relax and enjoy seeing the beautiful emerald coast water and feeling the nice breezes coming off of the gulf.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is open to the living area, has a spacious peninsula with additional seating. and is well stocked with plenty of dishes, bakeware, cookware and utensils for cooking, baking and eating. We also provide a blender, toaster, Keurig with both a large coffee pot and single serve option, a slow cooker and air fryer. It is such a joy to make great meals while enjoying the beautiful views of the gulf.

The dining tables holds six and the peninsula has an additional three seats so you can all enjoy your meals together. It’s also a great place to hang out with the family and play cards / board games or to catch up after an amazing day on the beach.

The living area has a large, flat screen smart tv and plenty of seating to enjoy family movie nights.

We provide a starter amount of bathroom paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo. The bathroom has a blow dryer. An iron and ironing board is available as well.

Please note that this unit is on the 3rd floor and the building does not have elevators. You will have to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the unit. The walk is worth the view.

While we do not provide beach towels or any beach needs, we do provide bath towels and bed linens. Please do not take our bath towels or bed linens to the beach.
