This is a fantastic condo! It was so nice being on the ground floor and being able to walk out of the back door and go directly to the beach. No elevators, no lobby, just a grass pathway 2 units away from the short bridge over the dunes to the fantastic and clean beach. We also enjoyed the chair and umbrella setup that is included during the summer months. We cooked every day and had all the needed supplies.

The Perfect On The Beach Condo!

This place is perfect for those that want on the beach, by the pool, and easy access to the parking lot. Great layout of rooms, all the comforts a guest could ask for. Well kept up and the Host communicates exactly well. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing location and immediate response from owner/manager when help was needed.

The location was by far the best we ever stayed at in Destin. It was perfect! The pool was well maintained, as was the wooden entrance to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and they thought of everything you could possibly need! Our complaint is the cleanliness of our unit. We had to remove the drawer in the refrigerator because it was stuck and not properly placed. The gunk and dried food under the drawer and on the bottom refrigerator shelf was disgustingly dirty. The tops of cabinets, top of refrigerator, ceiling fans were all extremely dirty. The fabric couches were also dirty. We would love to return because of the most amazing location, but hope that the cleanliness is addressed.

Exciting, relaxing, & breath-raking

We had a fabulous time. The condo had everything we needed. We were on the first floor so we just walked a few feet to the steps to the beach. We found some very good restaurants. There were several grocery stores very nearby. I even had some delivered one day. All the other guest around us were Very nice and you could tell they were having as much fun as we had. We stayed for one week, but could’ve easily stayed for two and Continue to have fun.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This property was perfection! It was the perfect stay for my parents and our 2 children (ages 9 + 6). The bunk beds for the kids were great and the bedrooms and living space were just perfect and beautifully decorated. The pool + beach is just steps away from the door! We would highly recommend this place and would LOVE to come back again next year!

Spring Break

This was our first time to Destin, so when I booked the condo, I wasn't sure what we would end up with.....The condo was absolutely beautiful. Nice and clean, and right on the beach...We couldn't be happier. It was the first spring break we took our grandkids on,,,the weather wasn't the best, but we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be right on the beach and would consider coming back to the same condo next year. We made wonderful memories, thanks for being part of them

Accommodations are wonderful

We stayed here for 9 nights for our beach wedding + spring break vacation. It was me, my new husband (!), my 9yo stepdaughter, and my sister's family (2 adults, 2 kids). It was so nice being so close to the beach - we could watch the kids walk up to the condo to go to the bathroom or grab a snack, which was SO convenient. The pool and hot tub were under construction the whole time, which was a bummer, but it looked like they were almost finished when we left so I doubt it will be an issue for anyone else :)
